I let him know that I found this company on the web and seemed a bit lost. I asked him if they would build a casita in Mesa, if he was familiar with the City building codes. steve said we are bizzy and we are not doing any more projects this year . Sales and estimator Jim Blackburn worked with us from beginning on our shower and bathtub conversions on two bathrooms. Customer satisfaction was guaranteed and delivered throughout the project. From start to finish, TWD was nothing short of fantastic! They worked around my schedule, helped me stay within my budget and kept me informed. I have a beautiful new master bathroom and my favorite thing was that throughout the construction process, it never felt intrusive. Everyone was polite and cleaned up after each day of work. I will come back to TWD for my next project and I highly recommend that you do as well!

I contracted with Maxum to be the General Contractor for a total remodel of our recently purchased 2,750 sq. ft. home. A 75 day project is currently at 112 days. The end date is at least another 20 days away.
Every week there is a change in supervisors, laborers and sub-contractors. There is absolutely zero consistency in project progress. My wife and I have often acted as GC with workers looking towards us to provide direction.
As cheap as possible seems to be Maxum's mission statement. This has resulted in delays, redos and very intense disagreements as to how to move forward. Maxum has caused extreme anxiety for my wife and I along with unexpected costs for temporary relocation and for day to day living expenses.
The remodel results so far look very nice but only because of our very active role as designers and quality control managers.
This job did not need to be this painful. Maxum provided no concern for our input, promises made or common sense direction. We believe that our job was Maxum's first project based upon their total mismanagement of planning, product procurement, customer relations and day to day supervision and direction of employees and subcontractors.
If I were to start fresh, the contract would be much more specific related to project details and materials. I would also have included penalties for missed progress dates.

Colton is very comfortable to work with and very flexible to accomodate what I needed. He has a very good design sense as well which I needed. I will be doing business with him again for sure!

Jeff was very instrumental in the design of our new kitchen. He had great ideas to built on what we had in mind and improve the design and functionality of our kitchen. He has an eye for what will work and how to maximize space. This summer we will call him for our bathroom remodel.

Have you ever heard of a bathroom remodel taking 5 days from start to finish? These guys were miraculous! I needed a new walk in shower with no edge for my handicapped client who was released unexpectedly from the hospital, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure this happened. Luis and his team do incredible work. They amazed me by leaving the bathroom completely clean everyday when they left. Dust was kept to a minimum, the floor was swept and they even washed the mirrors! That is the kind of detail you can look forward to at Planet Remodel. Communication could use a bit of improvement but the value and quality of work were outstanding.

I applied for “PowerPro Electric” a subdivision of Republic West Remodeling and I can say the unprofessional of Joel was beyond acceptable , Scott and John weren’t as bad but definitely not the people I would want to work for or have an work done from them
