I experienced Pros & Cons:
Pros: Sales guy was nice, worked with me on different options and so did Melanie in the office. She was super responsive and flexible, so the front end of the job went well. And the execution was done with professionalism and quality workmanship. We are pleased with final product.
Cons: The scheduling was frustrating and the online portal was not always up to date. What was quoted as a 1-2 day job took 1.5 weeks. We did not always receive accurate or timely updates on when the next guy was coming (plumbing, electric, counter, drywall, etc). When I voiced my concerns to Jeff the schedule guy stating that he wasn't managing my expectations well, he shared that it wasn't his job to manage my expectations. That was disappointing. I escalated to the service manager who did not get back to me during the process, however after the job was complete I got a call from the owner who listened to my concerns and apologized for not setting/managing my expectations.
Bottom line: At times a frustrating experience, but quality end result.

We did an entire interior remodel on including all new tile floors, new kitchen, three bathroom remodels and entire home interior painting. The final project turned out far better than we even imagined. Jeff and Andrew were always responsive and had great design ideas. Construction quality was outstanding. I would highly recommend this firm.

The experience from Re-Bath was excellent. Our shower was installed within 3 days even though our older home presented some challenges. :) We were kept informed at every step along the way and the installer, Rusty, respected our house and insured it was clean throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

After we bought our first house in Scottsdale, we wanted to work with a home remodeling company that is an expert and they can cover all aspects of what we want in order to renovate the place and make it more modern. We knew there was many options and one of them was Luxury Remodels Company. Although they were quite expensive, we ended up hiring them for the project. Working with their team (Big thanks to Becky and Dave) was an incredible experience, and we knew we had made the right choice for our home. They were very meticulous in the process of design and selections, as well as we were kept well informed thru the entire construction time as our home was being transformed. We design and manufacture custom cabinetry for Robert Valenti and worked with him to design and make all the cabinetry for his project. The entire project was so clean and well managed. The product is beautiful and really transformed the look of my kitchen. I really have to commend our install team, Chad and Drew. Chad recalled our dog was afraid of men in hats, so he made sure neither he nor Drew wore them at install. The workmanship is stellar and the guys were hard working, efficient and prompt. When we first had Ernesto to our home, we met him out front. Before he even walked through our front door, he had begun sketching a whole new look for our home. By the time he entered, even the skeptics we are were completely sold on the idea. We had always lived in off-white, vanilla houses. Ernesto not only expertly chose beautiful colors for all the rooms but made them flow together seamlessly. He created inspiring diagrams of everything from tile patterns, to our master bath remodel, to how to turn our patio into a relaxing outdoor living space. These amazing sketches were invaluable to us to envision our new space and brought us the confidence to change our normally beige style.
