Thanks to Homework Remodels for a great job helping me restore my 1920s home. After the restoration was complete on the original house, they built my addition which included a master suite, a laundry room and a breakfast nook. They are very knowledgeable about historic restoration and they knew how to work with the historic society and the city to get the proper approvals and permits needed to meet the historic preservation requirements. They were a pleasure to work with and the new addition looks like it was part of the original house.

I needed a handyman to repair grout, baseboards, and minor cabinet damage for an insurance claim. All repairs were done efficiently to my satisfaction. I didn't have the material to repair the built in cabinet and the handyman came up with a better idea, got the material and did the repair beyond my previous expectation. Randy helped me with a sink faucet replacement. Was the most reasonable quote I received, out of 5 other companies. Very prompt responses from the quote to getting it scheduled and I had to reschedule a couple times and he was flexible each time. He came prepared had the old faucet out within just a few minutes and the new one installed perfectly, also within a short time. Will definitely ask him to help with several other projects in the future.

Jeremy and Jayce are the absolute best! I had an ongoing mold in the wall and a huge portion of drywall cut out in my home between insurance that didn't want to cover anything, companies who weren't eager to help me get back my master bedroom it was a total nightmare. Then I found Jeremy and from email one he was straightforward, helpful and quick with a quote. I had to wait a little while for his service but it was totally worth it. He was very fairly priced and hardworking. Jayce did an awesome job with the drywall, he is for sure a drywall expert! In fact, it looks way better than the rest of my home now because of his skills! Had a great experience. Cabinets were built per spec. Quality made. Packaging was good. Delivery on schedule. Would use again. At the time they did not do installation. Maybe that's changed. It would provide a complete turnkey job and add more value for their customers.
