A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. Lon completely rebuilt the bathroom wall in my mother's house after there was water damage to the framing and structure (damage from the original build--not caused by Ron -- just to be clear). He managed to save the tile and bathtub in the process and rebuild everything meticulously to look like new. There were heavy glass tiles in the wall arranged in an artistic pattern that Lon was able to duplicate.
Both the exterior and interior paint were matched perfectly so you can't see where the original parts of the house ended, and the new repairs begin. My mother has very exacting standards, and Lon managed to surpass her expectations. Lon is very professional, conscientious, shows up when he says he will be there, and is a pleasure to work with.
We can't thank Lon enough for the great work. Highly recommended!

The tub and tile surround in our rental property was old and outdated, so we called Bathtubs Revived of Phoenix for a refinishing quote. Colleen gave us a cost estimate over the phone, and we scheduled a date for them to reglaze everything. They were prompt, professional, and made our bathtub look brand new again!

THE TEMPE PRO SOURCE has the worst (or none) customer service ever. My Contractor sent me there to pick out carpet. I picked up a very expensive carpet. My contractor ordered it. When the installer started to place the first of the roll he realized there was a major flaw in the pattern of the carpet and it would be impossible to piece the carpet to make the pattern line up. This was immediately reported to ProSource Tempe and my contractor filled out required paper work, expecting they would immediately offer a refund or a replacement carpet. NOTHING BUT RUN AROUND. 8 WEEKS LATER THEY FINALLY PROVIDED A REPLACEMENT PIECE (NOT a full replacement) FOR WEEKS weeks. Yes weeks, my construction job was in limbo while I lived with no carpet/stripped flooring with all carpet nails exposed. DO NOT USE THEM.or any contractor that uses them. NIGHTMARE.

And even thought the owner apologized now that I wrote a review the service was POOR and I was left hanging. Never again.. they had no follow up on resolving this issue.

This group was beyond amazing! They traveled out of town for our project and were great with communicating up to the start date and throughout the install. Our floor tile looks amazing, they were on time, finished in less time than estimated and just completely professional and beyond expectations! Already receiving compliments on how amazing the flooring turned out! Would highly recommend and cannot say enough great things about them!
