Keith and his crew were great.
My husband and I previously had two of my kitchens remodeled and We knew exactly what ww wanted in my new home. We wanted a huge kitchen island that can accommodate our family gatherings.
My husband is a realtor , so we looked at over 100 houses before we found one with a kitchen that can be remodeled to our needs.
I have contacted two of my previous contracted with pictures of what we wanted and both told me that the biggest island they can do is 108”.
That’s when I started looking around and found Serranos Surfaces.
I contacted Keith and sent him multiple designs. At that point we still haven’t moved into our new home.
Keith was prompt to response and assured me that he will be able to get the job done.
Our initial project was only to redo the kitchen island. But when Kieth came into our home and did all the measurements, we realized that we can afford to redo all the kitchen countertop.
Two weeks later we had our dream 123” island.
We are extremely happy how smooth this project went.
We will definitely be using Serranos Surfaces for our future projects.?

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

Had a great experience with them... they installed my new counter tops and re-faced the cabinets. My kitchen looks wonderful and others who have seen it agree! The price they quoted is what I paid, nothing more! I had an issue with one of the drawers not closing properly. Once informed them, they immediately sent the installer out to correct it!

Lon has done two major projects at our house at different times. They completely remodeled our master bath and a year later replaced all of our flooring with wood-look porcelain tile. Lon's designs are amazing and the master bath and flooring are absolutely beautiful. Lon gives attention to every detail and added small things we never thought of and couldn't imagine doing any other way. We feel like we have a much bigger and more beautiful home. The workmanship is incredible. Lon expects and gets great work from a talented team of workmen. His assistant Peg is on top of every detail, and the communication is excellent. Communication is really important in massive remodels. We have recommended Shower and Bath to our friends and neighbors and wouldn't hesitate to have them do more work.

Chris and his installers are great! They did my cabinetry for my new custom home and it turned out wonderfully! We did have an initial set back. The wrong color was ordered for a few cabinets. A easy enough mistake, with blame in multiple places. It happens. You learn a lot about someone based on how they respond to a mistake. Chris took ownership, quickly dealt with the issue and kept us on schedule purely on his effort. I can't speak any higher for that level of professionalism. It is an extremely rare trait in the construction industry. There is a reason my GC has used Chris for 25+ years.

The entire experience was great! Everyone, from Amy my designer to Kent and his construction crew were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They remodeled a bathroom and it look amazing!

I first contacted Emily while i was shopping for furniture on the living spaces instagram! I reached out to her not knowing what to expect since it was my first home ! I wanted it to be my amazing dream home but was having a hard time really making my vision come to life. I had purchased a few items and wasnt feeling like i was going in the right direction. Emily was very informative and talked me through the entire process. She provided me two boards that were amazing!!! I decided on one and went on with the process she was very quick with the purchase list and i just loved it all! Then covid hit ! It has now been about 3 months since i contacted her and although im still waiting on some pieces( nothing to do with her at all just with covid and the delayed shipping) she continues to stay in touch and i love that! She really cares for her work and design and ensures im doing ok ! Eventhough she provided everything you would thinj her job was done but not at all!
