We recently had our master bathroom remodeled by Silverado. Troy quoted us a price and delivered everything we expected. The quality of material and work is more than we expected for the price we paid. We would highly recommend Silverado.

I provide construction services for Eric and I have found his company to be honest and reliable. He really goes out out his way to educate and inform the customer.

I wish there were six stars. Counter had a hole and a huge crack. Looks better than new. Reasonable price, great service, saved me a ton of work. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Renovation and Design Concepts transformed my dated and unattractive kitchen into a beautiful, contemporary and functional heart-of-the-home. The RDC Gals worked with me at every strategic point. They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. From the quality of the workmanship to their keen eye for finishing touches, Renovation and Design Concepts fully met my expectations for quality, value and aesthetics. Can't wait to do my master bath!

I was very impressed with the COVID precautions taken durning my project. Everyone that entered my home had mask on and was very kind and courteous Dion address all of my questions before and during the process. I am very please with the French door installation, the slabs of concrete to extend my patio, installation and wiring for a ceiling fan, along with removing a wall in my kitchen. I definitely look forward to working with D&D construction again when I am ready to do my bathrooms. Remodeling can be stressful especially during these times I am thankful that D&D construction was able to make me feel safe and gave me piece of mind during the entire process

We recently hired KLB HomeCrafters for our bathroom remodel and installing new flooring. My husband and I have heard such horror stories of difficult contractors and remodeling drama from various people. Choosing KLB Homecrafters was the best decision we made! We were so impressed with Kelly and Kristen's professionalism, experience, integrity, and overall business savvy. High praise to them! They were so easy to work with, their workers,etc. were excellent! The overall experience was nothing but professional ! Thank you KLB HomeCrafters!!! You're the best!

Would put zero stars if I could. Overall, very unhappy with quality of work. It makes me sick when I have to see the finished result. The list of problems is long and I am now considering having another company come in and fix the mess. I now regret thinking I could save a few $ by going with this company. I would of taken it better if they would take some accountability but the fault never was put on them. Make sure you do a complete look over when job is complete.

XLT Construction totally renovated our 1950's half bath & they did a remarkably FABULOUS job, all in 16 days! I highly recommend XLT Construction. Their crew is trustworthy & dedicated, although I do suggest homeowners watch the crew's finish work because they are so quick that some things can be done with more quality if the crew would just slow down a bit when doing finish work. When finish work quality was brought up to XLT's owner, Leonel LeBaron, the finish work was redone with much better quality. Mr. LeBaron is an honorable, fair man. Again, I highly recommend XLT Construction. (I only wish I could show you pictures - absolutely STUNNING finished project, complete with stone tile walls & ceiling in handicap shower & mosaic floor - with a cubby for shampoo & handicap personal shower fixture system! So so satisfied with this company!)

Highly recommend!!! All contractors are professional and friendly. My kitchen was completed in 3 weeks. Daniel responded in a timely manner with all questions. The page has been hacked with negative reviews. My pics should say it all. My kitchen is beautiful!

What a great experience! Lorrie's design ideas were perfect. We got to the point during the project that we just told her to do what she thought was best, because her ideas were always so spot on. It turned out amazing. And on the construction side, I've never seen a construction company that was so dedicated to following their schedule for completion, always keeping us posted on where things stood, constant cleanliness, and perfectionists on the work being done. The kind of contractors and workers that you wish for but never seem to get . . . and the finished project far exceeded our expectations. Thank you Scott and Lorrie for a fantastic remodel.

We are so happy with our new laundry room! From initial consultation through final details, our experience with the Premier team was fantastic! Stephanie listened to our needs and incorporated our feedback into the design. Kent communicated clearly and frequently throughout the installation. The crew was efficient, on time and very respectful of our home. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

To be fair, the team at Design Lab did get our vision for the kitchen and bath remodel we planned, and their designs did, eventually, work out. HOWEVER, we’d suggest, should you opt for their services, to be very clear about what services they plan to provide and to be certain that they are doing what they promised correctly. In our experience:

1. Design Lab represented themselves as the lead team for our remodel. Without telling us, after we hired the contractor they introduced us to, they signed a contract with the contractor and Design Lab became a subcontractor. This created confusion for all parties throughout the project.
2. We kept the same footprint in the kitchen. Despite this, Design Lab did not measure the existing cabinets correctly. The cabinets they ordered for one wall would not have fit. Fortunately, the contractor identified that issue, but it led to a 2-week delay.
3. There was a gap from design to construction, which was our choice. By the time the project started, the kitchen cabinets we had selected were no longer available. Rather than telling us, Design Lab simply ordered different cabinets they thought we’d like. We didn’t like their choice. This led to a 4+-month delay, during which we had no kitchen.
4. Design Lab often did not order sufficient quantities of materials (like tile, cabinet filler, crown molding, kitchen cabinet knobs). In the deal they made with the contractor, Design Lab apparently maintained control over ordering materials and supplies. This added time and frustration, because projects could not be completed in one visit from the trades brought in by the contractor. All these issues led to completely using the contingency piece of the project budget, even though there was only 1 change order ever made.
5. Design Lab incorrectly ordered the backsplash tile, when they made up for the shortage of the first order. We had 2 different style tiles waiting to be installed, but fortunately this was spotted by the contractor before the tile was to be installed. Design Lab also ordered kitchen knobs that were different from what was in the specs.

All of this made a project the contractor estimated would take 6 weeks ultimately take 8 months!

10/10 would recommend Quentin - we are SO happy that we chose him to do our home remodel. We felt confident with our choice not only based on other reviews, but we knew right from meeting him we could trust him with the entire process! We we’re on a tight timeline and he assured us it could be done and did not disappoint!! From design ideas, to making sure it could be done within our budget, we are beyond impressed with how everything turned out. He and his team are so professional, easy to communicate with, QUICK workers who will get the job done correctly without cutting corners and they are SO clean as they work as well, which was such an added unexpected bonus! Thank you Quentin and Team for making our house a home!!! We can not thank you enough!

Omg where to start!! We had our drainage pipes replaced because they because it busted all threw out home !! Acuity builders was amazing!!! We had started with a different company with our kitchen, needless to say we didn’t let them go any further! We hired Acuity builders , what a difference between the two companies!! From start to finish , Gaby did our walk through and estimate, answered all questions and dealt with the insurance company!! Matthew was the foreman for a project . Him and his team did a beautiful job on our bedroom and bathroom ! We did some upgrades to our bathroom and our bedroom floor, Mattew gave me an estimate and stuck to it !!! Matthew was very communicated and answered all questions! After 6 months of being out of our home they came in took over like a⭐️ Boss ⭐️and got us home !!! Thank you so much !! We will be using them in the future!!
