I am amazed. This process is truly a miracle. No pun intended. It was relatively quick, neat and given The expertise of the technician, Mark Stevens, it turned out to be excellent. He was very well informed about the product, able to offer ideas for what color might look better, given the surface that I had to deal with, and he was right. Super guy and Totally reliable company. I am very happy.

My mom was in need of a repair on her porch after a storm last year. After many attempts at finding any kind of contractor I came across Tim Mesic and his company. He came to my moms trailer and immediately assessed the situation. Tim took the time to contact the insurance company and get a reassessment of the damage. Upon approval from the insurance company the work was done within two weeks. My mom is thrilled to have a new porch. Leonel at XLT was awesome. He helped me with planning out the area for our bath. We had limited space and wanted both a large bathtub and a shower. We talked about my basic designs, and he helped solidify them into a working final idea. All of the men who worked on the project were friendly, professional, and skilled.

Any time a question came up, Leonel did not hesitate to answer his phone for my call, even when he was busy. They tore out my entire bath and shower, built a custom frame for my new tub, and installed a smart shower system so that all of our shower and bath needs can be controlled from our phone if we want (there is also a wall-mounted pad).

The work itself was done quickly and efficiently. Everyone knew what they were doing when they arrived, and the entire area was plumbed, the frame was built, all of it was tiled, the tub was installed, and shower/bath heads were installed (4 shower heads and a bath faucet), all within in a week.

Thanks to Leonel and XLT, taking a shower is truly a relaxing experience!

I was first introduced to New Bath at the Arizona home and garden show which I spoke to Colt sands and he set up an appointment, he came out right when he said he would. He let us know that there were delays in material which is a huge thing. Eddie one of the new bath contractors was awesome to work with and extremely nice alongside his colleague. They did an excellent job and took their time on this project. They went above and beyond what they needed to. They also made sure that my dogs were safe while construction was happening which is a huge plus in my book. The owner, John Sands personally came out to my house multiple times and took care of me on whatever I needed. This is why you should always work with small businesses instead of large corporations. Robert Valenti of Project Construction is meticulous and sweats the small details. How many general contractors care about the joints of tile in a shower surround?

Not many.

I've personally seen him have his tile sub contractors remove some tile to get it right. Here, the Butler Casita shows the beauty of those joints.

I used ATR to remove an old island in the kitchen and install a bigger one in a different location in the kitchen with electrical. The job was done professionally and it was clear they knew what they were doing from initial contact. They asked me what I wanted to do, provided a quote and advised what work would be completed each day. They completed the job on time without any issues. They were professional and knowledgeable. They were easy to work with. They are reliable and reasonably priced. I definitely will be using them for more projects in my home. If you need projects done around the home give ATR a call.

Total disappointment. Honestly never dealt with a sketchy business such as this. Took days off, waited months & hours, got prepared & well rested for today's appointment only to find out my counters & backsplash weren't even cut yet. And finding out that alone took hours (& I had to call). Literally sick to my stomach about it. Had to cancel the backsplash since they are unaware when it'll be cut. It was supposed to be cut by today! Not one phone call about these sketchy delays before today. I honestly don't even want these counters.

If you only have a minute to read this, the main message is that we are thrilled with our new kitchen and the service we received from everyone on the Premier team, from Bruce, our designer, and Kent, our construction manager, to every single worker who made a contribution. More detail, if you’re interested:

The kitchen in our new (to us) manufactured home was dated and not our style; in addition, there was a pointless desk in an area that clearly needed to be a walk-in pantry. We wanted to replace everything except the flooring. We went to the big-box store first – since we knew absolutely nothing about tackling this sort of project – and realized that would mean managing all the different aspects of this ourselves, which we were completely disinterested in doing. Then we went to another kitchen-design company that wanted badly to sell us cabinets but nothing else. Finally, we wandered into Premier and met Bruce.

The thing about Bruce was that he listened, gave advice, debated, and listened some more. We really appreciated his expertise and ideas, even when – a couple of times – we decided to go a different route. He guided us through appliance selection, which I thought was above and beyond the call of duty. Turned out, he was so, so, SO right about the paint color, the cabinets, the lighting, and the countertops. I was right about the sink and the backsplash. Oh, and we were both right about the pantry.

I won’t kid you – living through a major remodel was not a picnic. Or rather, it was a never-ending picnic for most of a month, complete with paper plates, plastic forks, and no place to do dishes. They warned us, and they were right. But Kent managed the project to a T, finishing on schedule to the day. Every single workman was polite, skilled, and professional. They solved the problem of what to do about no floor tile under the old base cabinets, invented a way to give the microwave a custom enclosure, and crafted crown molding to fit our sloped ceiling perfectly. Kent was in and out, checking regularly. The whole job actually included more than the kitchen, as we also had part of a wall removed and the living/dining room repainted.

Our job was completed just before the COVID-19 pandemic hit (thank heaven!), so we are still waiting for a few minor punch-items to be addressed. No one’s fault and I know Kent won’t forget about us. When the situation allows, they’ll get done.

In the meantime, even with those couple of items outstanding, we have a beautiful pale turquoise kitchen with beautiful quartz countertops and a killer backsplash. As Bruce promised, the stainless-steel appliances – French-door fridge with flex drawer, beverage fridge, top-of-the-line dishwasher, and a range with a double oven – bring the bling. My 6-shelf walk-in pantry is about 25 square feet and even with everything put away and too many cans of soup and boxes of pasta, I have unused shelf space. AND a couple shelves in my cabinets are still empty, too. Bruce told me I’d have a ton of storage!

The Ledezma team was sharp and professional from the start. They did incredible work on my living space, tile all throughout the main room, kitchen and bathroom. Just the floor of the shower was enough to give a five star review. Thanks so much and I’m sure I’ll see you again soon for other projects. Psss they’ve got a great electrician too!

Internal communication was very chaotic and resulted in delays in my project and having to source materials elsewhere and then they charged me a restocking fee even though it was their error and I could not get a manager to call me despite multiple attempts.

Ernesto was able to transform my home into the inviting/warm atmosphere I always wanted, but never knew how to create. I loved that he created sketches to help me to really see what he had in mind for a space. I found the process of bringing these sketches to live incredibly simple. Ernesto was always open to all feedback, but I found that every time he brought his top selections for furniture design/fabrics, he always hit the nail on the head. Patterns and color schemes I never would have considered before, came together perfectly & created a brightness in my home I never had. Also, with 3 young boys it was very important to me that we focused on durability. I have seen my beautiful pillows tossed every which way in my home & over a year later and they look as beautiful as they did on day 1.

I also feel quite thankful that my appointment with Ernesto overlapped with a landscape designer one afternoon as Ernesto took one look at our backyard & the design we had & with a few sketches transformed a patio area we were working on.

Ernesto listens to his clients, follows thru on commitments made, and is truly just a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his services.

Need a actual honest to goodness Handyman that really does know what he is doing? This is the real deal! We had several projects from small to large and Jeremy along with his co-handyman (sorry I forgot your name) finished with QUALITY all of them in less than 5 hours!
