Great customer service! I had no problems reaching any representatives and no problem getting answers. Showed up as scheduled to get the work done. Did an entire inspection of the attic and found additional problems from our last contractor. Fixed everything and didn't charge an arm and leg for the extra items they discovered.
They can also give you free quotes/estimates with realistic images/drawings of what the finished work will look like. I recommend!

Sean at Stellar Kitchen and Bath was great to work with when remodeling our kitchen. We had a non-functional kitchen and were unsure of where to even begin. Sean helped us design a beautiful kitchen that was beyond what we imagined and we are so pleased with the results! We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!

This is a long and overdue review of Designer Remodeling. They were recommended by our general contractor who was building an addition to our home. We needed someone to construct and install a new master closet, a second bedroom closet, and a storage closet. In addition we wanted professional built-in bookcases with some carpentry details in a Den. All of this required custom design and fabrication. And attention to details. We met with Neil, the owner, at his shop in Phoenix. While most of their displays were for kitchen remodeling Neil showed us his work floor and said they could build anything. And he was correct. We iterated with his designer to get the right mix of clothes hanging areas, drawers of different heights to include narrow ones suitable for jewelry and a variety of deep ones for clothing. We wanted to utilize the space from floor to ceiling and they designed doors on storage cabinets to hide contents. We had a very specific look in mind and they achieved it. The installation process was amazing since this was a 35 year old home with plaster walls and very few right angle corners. Neil's installers were able to on-site cut and adjust custom headers and side pieces that fit the space perfectly. Installation was done in three major waves to work with the completion of different parts of the addition construction. At all times Neil was accessible by phone and his workers took pride in what they were doing. Given the amount of custom work, fabrication, wood staining, our costs through our general contractor were quite reasonable. The important thing was were got exactly what we wanted in terms of quality and functionality. We can not imagine a better outcome.

My husband and I hired Legacy to remodel 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, a new sink and Island Kitchen counter and a Kitchen back splash. We did a lot of research before deciding on Legacy. So glad we chose them. The entire Legacy team, Brian, Jeremy, Debbie, Ritchie, Jacob, Floyd and Scott were professional, and extremely good at their various responsibilities. The subs they use are the best! Their tile guy, Saul, worked with Marble, glass, and a penny floor.....and was a true artist with each of the tile surfaces. Excellent quality for the money.

After months of searching for a company to remodel my bathroom and ended up calling Independence Home Remodeling based on a coworkers recommendation. After calling and getting a quote I decided they were the right company for the job and the entire job was done quicker than expected at an affordable price with quality work that can't be matched.

Our home remodel turned out Amazing! Robert & Ana make a great team. Everything from the design through the completed remodel went great. After meeting with numerous kitchen design companies, we choose to work with Paul and Neoteric Builders. Paul presented us with not only the most cost efficient option but also was very knowledgeable and willing to work with us.

When we were initially looking for a kitchen designer we thought we wanted someone with a showroom and who would act as a project manager. However, we quickly learned that neither a showroom nor project manager was necessary. Paul met with us at our house to discuss the design and project multiple times (and would have met with us more if we had asked him to). Paul was also always willing to give us his opinion regarding colors, hardware, etc. and guide us as needed.

The Remodel store is a local company that we didn’t even know about until we attended a neighborhood fair. They transformed my shower. Georgina and Sam were professional and easy to work with. I didn’t feel like they overcharged me. We had some minor issues but we were sure to let them know right away. They were quick to take action to remediate the situation and also didn’t hesitate to apologize when necessary.

The crew worked diligently and completed the 3 bathroom remodels a day early. Very pleased with the new look and craftsmanship quality.

Extremely poorly managed company.
Lack of communication with customer and contractors was highly frustrating.
Never knew who was coming the next day. Contractors just showed up and many times needed us to tell them what was expected.
Jessika was overwhelmed and struggled daily to hold her company together.
Project lasted 3 times longer than planned and one excuse after another from Jessika was a weekly occurrence.
Rambling text messages from Jessika often made us feel she was under the influence of something.
We became project managers of our remodel because no one played that role.
The work of contractors was good but was far outweighed by the poorly managed owner.
Office manager didn’t have a handle on projects.
