My wife and I would like to express our appreciation to John and his crew at Allure Bathroom Remodeling for the work done on our master bathroom. The remodeling included the conversion of a bathtub to the shower, installation of a new toilet, medicine cabinet,vanity top and faucet‘s. The demolition was done professionally with an absolute minimum of disruption and mess. The guys are really neat. Michael and Sean were professional and added many personal touches to the work being done. The project came in on budget and was done within the time promised. We give Allure and their staff five stars for a job well done. We would highly recommend them to you if you’re considering a bathroom remodel. First thing I will say is find another company. We had a sales consultant come to our home without a mask to begin with. He looked at our bathroom and gave us a quote of $18,000, I thought that was very high just to remove a tub and create a door less shower. After doing some research we found that to be an accurate price. We were told that someone would contact us about setting up the appointment and since Covid was rampant by then it could take a bit of time. We were called a few days later and the appointment was set for 2 months later, yes that’s right 2 months later. We waited and waited and finally they came and did an amazing job putting in the new shower and it was beautiful. Then we are told that the glass is made from a different place for the pony wall and it would take 2 weeks. Seriously, now I cant even use my new shower. Two weeks go by and I send them a message and they tell me it takes time to make it. After three weeks I sent another message and they told me it had arrived. Thanks for letting me know, I had to reach out to them to find out it was there. They came and put it in and said another 24 hours before we can use it. This company is a waiting game and you would be better off finding another place to get your bath redone. Unless you are willing to wait 3 to 4 months for the process to be completed.

Amazing experience with a knowledgeable staff! Our kitchen was designed exactly how I dreamed it to be. Audra is very friendly and has extensive knowledge of design and products available. My questions were always answered promptly. I highly recommend using this company for your kitchen remodel!!

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

This is a 5 star business and has great customer service excellent workmanship, the team is the best of the best and doesn't subcontract their work. They even have a 5 year warrenty and stand behind their work. Family owned designed right, works with local vendors and did a great job.

We have a beautiful kitchen! We had very friendly and competent administrative staff and contractors. It became evident early on that their desire to have a satisfied customer was not only verbal but in action. As in most construction there are hitchups along the way, but big or small they were quick to make it right.

The renovation was a little above our budget, but we are really happy! You get what you pay for. The peace of mind of having responsible and trustworthy workers throughout the project made it all worth it!

Our remodel consisted of tearing out all existent (35 year old) cabinetry and “ceiling of lights” in the kitchen, installing new cabinetry, granite countertops and sink, tile backsplash, new dishwasher, disposal, and sink fixtures and recessed lighting and drywall repair. Scheduling for workers was done in an organized manner and an online calendar assessable to all interested parties was maintained with new updates when necessary. Everything was done in a timely manner, with an open line of communication from start to finish. We love the staff and all the contractors associated with TWD. Keep up the great work!

We got six quotes and hired Better Bath Remodeling because they were flexible with our needs and were way better priced than the others. They arrived when scheduled and worked on both of our bathrooms simultaneously. Martine was there everyday and did an amazing job. He always cleaned up after himself and was someone we knew we could trust. When we asked to change the shower doors he was very accommodating and the owner Mike was always calling us to keep us in the loop of the timeframes for completion. We could not be happier with the way they turned out, would hire them again, and also recommend them to others.

There were many things that went wrong with our remodel, but I'll keep it rather short.

1. We had two project managers. One got fired. The other was intoxicated on nearly every occasion that we spoke to him. He would angrily call us up on weekends and interrogate us about when the contractors left our house. On another occasion, he claimed that he was probably drunk when he took our call at 3:30pm on a Thursday. So drunk that he didn't remember it. He accused us of lying until he looked at his phone receipts. Our sink detached from our counter about 4 months after completion and after several no-shows, I confronted him about it. He hung up on me.

2. We received a design for our kitchen and we only asked for two things specialized cabinets: a cubby cabinet and a spice rack pull-out. Both cabinets were forgotten about. The spice rack was added after completion. The cubby stayed the way it was because the project manager told us there was nothing they could do now and it would require the tear down of the backsplash. We should have pushed back on this, but we didn't. Our design, in total, was missing the two specialty cabinets we asked for as well as additional cabinets that could not be added due to a lack of space.

3. At some point during the re-install, our dishwasher was damaged. It was placed back in and leaked ever since. Now our new cabinets are removed due to the water damage. Maxum sent a contractor to come look at the damage. He said that Maxum would get back to me. That was a week ago and I'm tired of waiting for them to do the right thing as we have always been patient.

Do yourself a favor and look at their ROC cases (ROC 202770). Two cases have led to discipline or resolution and meanwhile there are two pending cases. Please avoid this company.

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! The project was completed on time and within our budget. So far, we have gotten so many compliments from family and friends. We highly recommend Ben and his team. Thank you Ben!!

I recently had my Primary Shower and Guest Shower remodeled and Rise Above Remodeling was one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. I called multiple companies in the area and many were not even interested in my project or gave me extremely high bids. Rise Above was referred to me by a friend and they were by far the most responsive, honest and reasonably priced companies to deal with. Bret was spot on with his design suggestions and Skylar and his team were extremely professional and communicated well throughout the construction process. I have had no problems with my showers post production and they look great! I would highly recommend Rise Above for any remodeling projects you have - you won't be dissapointed!

We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!
