Everyone we worked with at Dreamstyle Remodeling was absolutely wonderful. Elizabeth took time during our consultation to really go over all our options and what would be best for the price range we were looking to stay in. As soon as all our supplies were ordered and received, they gave us a call to make an appointment. The guys, Jared W, Francis R and Ezera Y, came on time and were friendly, efficient, and always informed us of what was going on during the process. Couldn't recommend this company enough!

We are very pleased with the way our kitchen remodeling project turned out. They were not the lowest bid we received but not the highest either but overall we were comfortable with their ideas and references. Will use them again next year when we do our master bath

My wife and I did a lot of research collecting and formulating in advance our goals for our kitchen remodel. Steve Shinn and Aaron Thomas were extremely professional in every phase of the project. Our 1981 semi-custom home in Tempe was not an open floorplan by design. Steve listened and looked at all our research and together we came up with solutions that met our expectations and budget. Steve applied the classic work space triangle concept that is the cornerstone to making our new kitchen chef friendly. He included some extras like the pull out vertical pantry cabinets, deep appliance drawer cabinets and two waist-high spice drawers that are all utilized daily. Soffits were removed to allow full height upper cabinets greatly expanding cabinet capacities.

We wanted the warm look and feel of wood cabinetry. In particular we liked the minimum reveal look associated with modern European style cabinets. Steve did trade-off comparisons for us on locally crafted vs factory cabinets from the east coast. The local source worked out well as some unplanned adjustments were quickly crafted with little delay to the project.

We further challenged Steve with our lighting and power requirements. We have zoned ceiling lighting with small LED can lights as LED's were then becoming reasonably priced. All the appliance power outlets are hidden under the cabinets and under the granite breakfast bar. This solution allowed for a plug free stainless steel continuous backsplash with under cabinet mounted LED lighting.

In summary: Our experience using Homework Remodels was beyond our expectations. They should be high on your list to talk to and see if they can be the solution you have been looking for your remodel.

Mike and Julie are AMAZING!! This family owned business doesn't cut corners! They are prompt, courteous, creative, and have an eye for detail. They make you feel like family from the initial conversation through completion. They installed outdoor carpet for our patio and a shade structure in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them for any job!

Let me start off by saying, I rarely give company reviews. With that said, I can't say enough good things about Holtzman Home Improvement. Holtzman remodeled my kitchen and completed the project in December of 2021.

The work was impeccable and the finished project is AMAZING! Honestly, This is a family owned and operated business that cares about the customers and their work product. That's hard to come by these days. Holtzman is not the cheapest company and However, you get what you pay for.

They have detailed bids and billing, will never try to collect 50% or 75% of project costs up front, and offer premium services and products. I will continue to refer people to Holtzman and sing their song.

If you have an issue regarding warranty work with Brandon and his team is always there. Their warranty is 5 years. I have done multiple projects with Home Home improvement and they always stand by their work no matter what you need. You can definitely count on this company and trust their suggestions to make sure your project is successful.

Tony Chayrez was the foreman on our project. He was awesome to deal with. Always returned messages in a timely manor and always was pleasant to talk to. Also, a shout out to Dmitriy Agarkov. He was our design man and made many suggestions that we followed and turned our project into a beautiful masterpiece. We couldn't be more leased with our home remodel.

There were many things that went wrong with our remodel, but I'll keep it rather short.

1. We had two project managers. One got fired. The other was intoxicated on nearly every occasion that we spoke to him. He would angrily call us up on weekends and interrogate us about when the contractors left our house. On another occasion, he claimed that he was probably drunk when he took our call at 3:30pm on a Thursday. So drunk that he didn't remember it. He accused us of lying until he looked at his phone receipts. Our sink detached from our counter about 4 months after completion and after several no-shows, I confronted him about it. He hung up on me.

2. We received a design for our kitchen and we only asked for two things specialized cabinets: a cubby cabinet and a spice rack pull-out. Both cabinets were forgotten about. The spice rack was added after completion. The cubby stayed the way it was because the project manager told us there was nothing they could do now and it would require the tear down of the backsplash. We should have pushed back on this, but we didn't. Our design, in total, was missing the two specialty cabinets we asked for as well as additional cabinets that could not be added due to a lack of space.

3. At some point during the re-install, our dishwasher was damaged. It was placed back in and leaked ever since. Now our new cabinets are removed due to the water damage. Maxum sent a contractor to come look at the damage. He said that Maxum would get back to me. That was a week ago and I'm tired of waiting for them to do the right thing as we have always been patient.

Do yourself a favor and look at their ROC cases (ROC 202770). Two cases have led to discipline or resolution and meanwhile there are two pending cases. Please avoid this company.

Had Rise Above Remodeling install a new kitchen in my home and I could not be happier with the results. Veny and team saved our project after we lost another stone fabricator and installer. They were quick to respond, incredibly professional, and finished their work on time with a high attention to detail.

We like the fact that this was a family owned business. The owners are so professional. We received calls from Judy asking how are project was going and always made sure we were happy. If there were any issues or if she could help with anything along the way. Their employees are top notch. Each one of them took care of our home like it was there own. clean and professional in every way. The workmanship and quality you wont find better any were. I am in the middle of my job with Legacy so I will update this review as my project progresses. So far, it has been a wonderful experience. My wife and I are wanting a new look for our kitchen and aren't too knowledgeable about remodeling in general. No worries, Legacy has held our hands through the planning and design process, ensuring we get exactly the look we want. I'm sure the rest of the project will be just as pleasant.

I was very impressed with the efforts of Steve, Lori, and his entire team, they did a really great job. They added a room to the back of my house, everything was meticulously completed from the initial foundation, to the final painting and trim.

Flexible, Knowledgeable, and Collaborative!!

I really don’t know where to start! From the moment Larry gave me my free in-depth consultation and very reasonable estimate, all the way through to the final product - he and his team were amazing! They were extremely flexible and patient with regard to working around my work from home schedule. They were highly knowledgeable and adept with regard to the latest innovations and best practices. And most of all they were collaborative, in that they valued my ideas and input in terms of how I wanted the final product to look. They really honored and respected my vision for my home.

Robert Davis (West Haven Builders) has done several remodeling projects in our home for my husband and I. Each job was completed just as we had hoped and asked for. We had seen some of his previous work in other satisfied customers homes and knew we wanted him to help us. His estimates and quotes were very reasonable. He never promised something he couldn't do. He stayed within the estimates and went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased with the job. We appreciated his honesty, good communication and his patience with us if we decided to make a slight change midstream. He is a professional in every sense! We highly recommend Robert!

Trevor was professional when I met him. We are doing a remodel of our kitchen, laundry room and den (which is a fairly large project). Trevor listened and all seemed good but we never got the quote and there is a $40 charge just to meet him. The problem and reason of the bad review is we never heard back from him nor a quote, so I basically paid 40 bucks for someone to listen to me for 30 mins about what I want. He did mention there was a shortage of staff (a day or two after our meeting) so he kept promising and pushing the quote until he stopped responding. Lesson learned is be upfront and set the expectations to a larger timeframe not to be under the gun. We are very patient as long as people are honest and communicate ahead of time.
