Best Flooring Estimate in Phoenix AZ

We now have a therapeutic walk-in tub; a great addition to our house and our lives. In less than two days or install work and one day to waiting for things to dry and settle; we used it yesterday. Oh what a relief it is :-)

Everything was done great. I would definitely recommend them a five star for their great quality work.

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeler phoenix built the kitchen from scratch, completed the task before the deadline and later cleaned the mess. Their efforts need special acknowledgment.

I had two bathrooms redone for the shower and bath tub. Professional work done by contractors. Owner isn’t professional and they don’t keep you in the loop or return calls. Lack of communication amongst the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! Took them over 5 months from start to completion to install our new master bathroom after telling us it would be 5-6 weeks.
Fast forward five almost (5) years later and the cabinets are falling off the walls because they were not properly secured. Since we know we are out of warranty, and we don't want another multi month fiasco in our bedroom, we will have to bring in another contractor to reinstall our master sink and cabinets again.
We wanted our dream bathroom, we did not go with the cheep contractor here. Very disappointing.

If you are lucky enough to have Andrew, will definitely will have NO complaints. Work was timely, professionally done and very friendly. Andrew and his company deserve this 5-star review.

Paul oversees a skilled, reliable and exceptionally competent team with complete integrity. My husband and I have lost count of renovations done on our home over 33 years. Neoteric Builders is the only company that has performed exactly as they said they would, given us a quality of product beyond our extremely particular expectations, surprised us by addressing any issue before we had a chance to ask and will actually make us miss them now that we've wrapped things up. Not only is their workmanship of great quality, but they are people you can trust which is so important when opening your home (literally, walls, ceiling, flooring, all of it)! Many crews can do the job, but few do it with the integrity, commitment, and smile that the AZ Neighbor team does it with. We will continue to use them on any of our house projects (and we’ve had many).

UPDATE O5/22/2021
I had a graduation with a party coming up on May 19, 2021 so on 4/26/2021 I gave a completion date of May 7, 2021 & a list of 20 items that still had to be done. Joe stopped taking my calls & he didn't meet this deadline either. In fact, him & his son completed the some of the remaining tasks on May, 18, 2021 after I left an angry call to Joe for not having my bathroom done. There are three major errors; first the shower head is too low & the tub fixtures are silver rather than bronze & Joe neglected to add the two handicap bars. There are other issues but I'm letting those go in order to get the above issues completed. Seven months from start to finish is enough of my time.

I'm a repeat client for Joe Metry, he remodel my master bathroom down to the dirt about ten years ago. He did a fantastic job back then. He took about two weeks to finish. All work was beautifully done. New request; remodeling hall bathroom & kitchen. I gave him the first installment of payment 10/16/2020. I was requesting the project to be done by Thanksgiving, it wasn't. Then I requested by Christmas, it wasn't. During this time there was no communication on his part, we were the ones making the calls & follow up. We called Joe the end of February, we wanted to cancel the job since he had yet to start. He convinced us to stay with him so he started the first of March & we are still not done. We cancel the kitchen remodel & we just want him to finish our hall bathroom. He doesn't have employees, he uses contract workers so save yourself lots of money & contract the work out yourself or find a different remodeling company. I'm filing a claim with the AZ Registrar of Contactors in order to get the project done.

Diamond Granite installed a new countertop on my outside patio bar. They did a terrific job. Very professional and did the job in a timely manner. The job was done for the estimated price. They communicated well every step of the way. I would definitely use them again.
