We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

Juan and his team are great! I had 5 teams come over to my new house for estimates. Juan carefully listened to me and gave me lots of creative ideas to fulfill my vision under my budget. His estimate was very reasonable and he didn't ask additional while the project was underway.

He could start the work right away, which was a huge plus.

Unexpected things do happen during remodels and so did my case. But Juan took care of them without additional cost. His team also made sure to finish up all small details until I am satisfied.

We sincerely recommend Project Construction LLC for any home project. We design and manufacture custom cabinetry for Robert Valenti and worked with him to design and make all the cabinetry for his project. The entire project was so clean and well managed. I like to shop out getting things done before picking a company. Diamond Granite & Remodeling was my third quote that I received. Not only were they willing to do the entire job without me needing to outsource plumbing, electrical, cutting down a wall... their pricing was fair, they were able to give me a quote on the spot. And at the end of the project, there were no hidden or extra fee's. It truly was amazing working with them. Rachel was also fabulous with communicating through text and making sure everything through the process was taken care of. Daniel responded after hours when I would finally remember to ask questions, he was always willing and ready to answer and help. I highly recommend this company.

We had Nick with Budget Best Remodeling out to do a remodel on our kitchen. He was very professional, organized, and always on time to appointments. His crew, the painters, drywall, tile guy, and his worker Kris were all very polite and knew what they were doing. I'm glad that we went with him, he turned our vision in to a reality.

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

Just got out of a lawsuit with this bait and switch scam artist of a company.
run far away do not use signature kitchen and bath. they are awful paid them off just to get them out of our life.
Their positive reviews are a hoax.
Would go into more detail however, I'm over it.
