I recently had the pleasure of working with Dreamstyle Remodeling and their installers Jonathan Gutierrez and Saul Garcia, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, respectful of my property, and careful with their work. Great company to work with! Clayton is very professional, friendly and timely! They showed up on time and quoted us a very reasonable price to replace our windshield! They also got us our new windshield fast, called on Monday and they were out on Wednesday. Worked around our schedule. Highly recommend!

Two years ago IllumiNation replaced 4 windows in our previous house. Today I opened the email with the invoice to find out the price and contacts. I called and asked about replacing 4 windows at my new house but the lady on the phone told me that they take an order of a minimum of 10 windows. I asked when it's changed because this company replaced my 4 windows in 2020 and I have all the documents to confirm it. She told me it's always been like that! That was really unprofessional and even rude.

Unfortunately the supply chain issues effecting the nation also impacted getting a replacement windshield. It was almost a 3 month wait. However when it did come in Star/ Reliable reached out quickly and the replacement was completed. Nice people to deal with.

I was so hesitant to try another glass company after the nightmare I went through with safelite, well i received a piece of mail with their info on it so I gave them a call! By noon the next day they had my windshield changed and a check in my hand for $100! The customer service is AMAZING, so friendly and so welcoming!!! I give them 5 stars but i would give 10 if I could!! Gibson is amazing and definitely takes care of his customers! Once again THANK YOU!!!

Affordable Windows has great customer service. Everyone we worked with was exceptionally professional and friendly; the customer service reps on the phone, the salesmen who inspected the home and gave us a quote, and the installers. The process was clear cut, timely, and well communicated, and all of our expectations were fully met. The windows are excellent quality and look beautiful. So much excessive road sound and heat are blocked out now. And our new French style sliding door looks gorgeous! Very happy with my experience, I'd highly recommend this company.

Amazing work done done by their top-notch roofer Chris. Sealed the leaks and straightened out the loose tiles and used a very cool colored caulk on the mud caps that matches the color of my house. Well done Chris and Castile Roofing

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
