My experience with Dreamstyle was amazing. From my first visit to my home with my rep was top notch. Many phone calls to keep me involved of when all the materials will arrive. My team assigned to my job, Tood H, Team Leader, Darien D, Mario D, and Shane W, were always on time, kept me involved and explained their process all the way through the intire installation. The product, craftsmanship of work by the team down to the professional manner the entire team displayed in my home. They worked tirelessly until the job was done. We had an incredible experience from start to finish with Illumination Window and Door. We first met our salesperson in their impressive showroom.

He then came out to our home, took measurements and offered some great ideas. When someone from the installation team came to our home to take the final measurements prior to the order being placed, we knew we were in good hands.

Our installers, Ryan and Daniel arrived promptly and were very professional. They put dust barriers up to protect the house, worked nonstop for the entire day, and took great care to clean up when the install was complete. We were totally impressed with their expertise, their work ethic and their attention to detail.

We absolutely love our new fiberglass pivot door and have been completely satisfied with Illumination, the team and the process. They were knowledgeable, professional, kept us fully informed, and met all of their time commitments. We definitely recommend them!!

Jim D, was very helpful and honest on the extent of repair that my roof needed. Did some minor patching and provided a rough estimate for total roof replacement.

they removed and installed new windows and were very professional once the windows were installed they came back to install the gutters and no one could speak English on the gutter team and no project manager/supervisor etc. came by to check the work once completed which isn't necessarily a problem or issue it is some that I would expect especially when work is completed however I would like to prefer this company for these work

It is always a pleasure to have Rudy come and measure for windows, and things get even better when Dan and Jas (sp?) install them. They do such an incredible job - start to finish. Friendly, professional, and work non-stop until your windows are installed, clean, and ready to use. Second time using this company, and it is not the last. I highly recommend them!
