We just experienced an installation of our windows by Corey, Jeremy and Nick. They were professional, courteous and friendly. They did a fantastic job all around. They were on time, worked until it was perfect, and cleaned up after themselves. They all gave us tips and suggestions on how to care for our windows. We feel more comfortable now, house is so much cooler with these new energy efficient windows. Happy with our decision. Would recommend True View to all our friends and family and co workers. Fast and good communication throughout the process. I had a broken windshield and a window at my house that needed replacement. They had to schedule two different technicians because their auto glass is separate from their residential glass department. The auto glass was available within 24 hours but I had to wait a couple weeks for the dual pane glass to be ordered. I guess the residential windows are custom made here in Phoenix. The windshield was replaced at my home in the driveway and the technician did a great job. A week or so later my home window glass was replaced and I'm very happy with the way it looks. Great job!

We had a new home built with Lennar. They are the ones who hired this company. We had to have repairs done to our shower so they had to come out and take off the glass doors and reinstall them. They have not showed up twice now to reinstall the shower doors. We have been without our master shower for over a week. They don’t call to let you know they can’t make it or to reschedule. What a nightmare they are. I will say that the tech that comes out has always been pleasant but I would not hire them because of their poor time management and inability to let people know they can’t make it out.

Worst customer service ever!I called to get a quote, then told them I would call back. I called back and was told that someone would call me back to set up a time. We'll that didn't happen so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I called them and an appointment was set for 4/14/16 between 12-5. Come Thursday NO ONE came. I called and they said they called at the noon hour to verify but since they couldn't intouch with me, they did not show up because: This was an actual quote They didn't know if someone would be at the house, and they didn't want to go because it was out of THEIR way? I was supposed to get a call this morning and still no call from the managers. No way will I ever call or use or recomend to anyone them.

Definitely the best experience I have had for a windshield replacement. The customer service is outstanding. They were able to work with me on time and I received a call 30 minutes prior to let me know the gentleman was on his way. I would absolutely recommend Auto glass Clinic to my family and friends.
