Called another glass repair company to repair a chip in my windshield. They did a terrible job. Took my car to Reliable Glass the next day and they did a great job. The man that fixed it said it didn't look like the first tech did anything.

Yes! Absolutely call this company for windshield replacement! My car was 'pummeled' by rocks spilling out from a gravel track on the 60E early in the morning a couple weeks ago. I thought these are supposed to be covered up? Not only was my windshield damaged, but so was every other car traveling behind this gravel truck. After I inspected the damage my windshield looked like millions of stars from all the pitting, plus I had 18 chips and a large crack. The damage on the front of my car is another story. I needed a new windshield and called SafePro. I spoke with a friendly and professional gentleman who helped me set up my appointment and gave me a GREAT quote (I searched other companies and SafePro had the best price). Jorge and Jose showed up on time and were very courteous and explained everything before they got started. They walked around with me noting any prior damage (knicks or scratches) which gave me confidence that they were going to be very careful during the installation, I like that. They finished in a timely manner and took time to go over after care instructions and answered all my questions. If you are reading this, request Jorge and Jose. They are super nice and make you feel comfortable! The best part? The Lifetime Warranty! What other company does this? AUTO GLASS CLINIC IS GREAT!! So, I usually hate taking my car in for an oil change or any type of service. I don't know much about cars or the cost of services and usually leave with a whopping bill feeling clueless.

I had my A7 Audi windshield replaced. I called to make an appointment and they were so helpful, kind and most of all PATIENT (since I had a million questions to ask). Auto glass clinic reasonably quoted me, they were on time with the appointment. My windshield came out looking spotless. Very clean, prompt, knowledgeable and professional!! Couldn't have asked for a more simple and comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend them again and again!!

Jim & Jill have an amazing team! I couldn't have asked for better service. Living in Arizona it's a simple known fact when summer rolls around you anticipate your windshield getting cracked or chipped. A rock had flown up and hit mine while driving on the freeway. I pulled into Target to grab a few items and when I came back out to my car, a crack had spread across the entire thing. This was not something I had wanted to deal with. Even though the situation itself was a headache, Southwest Auto Glass made the replacement simple. I provided my vehicle information and they took car of the rest. Monday morning, 8:00am, and my vehicle was good as new. I know who I'm calling if it happens again! Sketchy part of town. Asked the attendant how much for Rock chip repair. She did not seem to understand and she got on the phone to have language support. She later clarified that they do not do repair but replaces windshields only.
