Waited 12 days for an appointment, the sales rep Brian couldnt complete the job and now we have the start the wait over. OOF. Giant waste of time.

These guys are great. My house was broken into a few weeks back and the gentleman that came out and did the install yesterday was excellent. Super nice, professional and my window works better than before the break in. If you want it done right I highly recommend Valleywide.

Worst customer service ever!I called to get a quote, then told them I would call back. I called back and was told that someone would call me back to set up a time. We'll that didn't happen so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I called them and an appointment was set for 4/14/16 between 12-5. Come Thursday NO ONE came. I called and they said they called at the noon hour to verify but since they couldn't intouch with me, they did not show up because: This was an actual quote They didn't know if someone would be at the house, and they didn't want to go because it was out of THEIR way? I was supposed to get a call this morning and still no call from the managers. No way will I ever call or use or recomend to anyone them.

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

I had windows installed and attic insulation updated. The work was, quite frankly, pristine. It really looks as if the installers treated the home like their own. Installation of each window is clean and everything fits snugly, moves easily and slides along tracks perfectly. The caulking work around the frames is absolutely perfect as if done by a machine. In the attic, the insulation was way overdue to be refilled, and the workmanship and quality is really top-notch. The installer took care to do it absolutely correctly.My only real warning about Power and many home remodelers is they bring the car dealer high pressure sales experience with them, and worse, they bring it to your home. They will all claim the don't, but they really don't want to leave without a sale. This is really disheartening as I always like to think about a big project a day or two. I call people back and give them my business. I don't waste their time. The nice woman who worked on our window install seemed to be balancing the demands of her training and instruction not to leave without a sale, but she really was sympathetic, and I was happy with dealing with her. The gentleman who came during the window install (watch out for their asking to send out a Quality Control Inspector. It is a salesman to drum up new business), really didn't want to leave the home without a sale.What I really dislike is the used car salesman tactic of starting out with a really high number, only to lower it to their final sales price after telling you about program after program they are putting in for you to lower the price. This is a crude bush-league tactic. Just tell me what you want to charge. Let me decide whether I can afford it. This is pure market segmenting to try and get more money out of people who stop earlier versus those who have the stomach to wait an hour for the real number. Then, you will always wonder if you really got the lowest price. That's just not a good feeling.Keep the high quality installation process, workmanship, and materials. Lose the high pressure sales pitch that takes the dreaded car-buying experience and invades your home with it. Don't let the follow up response deny that isn't what happening. I've not only seen it all before, I've been trained on it myself and I just watched High Pressure Sales 101 in my home and it really felt like a violation.

I utilized the services of Handyman connection on two occasions and was very pleased with the service and work i received. David DePaul did a great job for me. He is professional, timely, thoughtful, insightful and knowledgeable about the work he does and willing to make suggestions and recommendations regarding the work he is doing while he is doing it. I really appreciated all the work he did including replacing a ceiling fan, centering my dining room chandelier, installing dimmer switches, replacing my bathroom shower head and assembling/hanging an outdoor wall water fountain in my back yard. I would highly recommend Handyman Connection and David.
