My completed bath to shower remodel exceeded every expectation I had of what I thought my shower would look like! Sean and Beth did a fabulous job of installing my new shower. Their communication with me was excellent! They thought of every detail, and many that I didn't think of to build a shower of lasting quality and functionality. They were wonderful to work with!

Scheduling an appointment was super fast and easy, all I had to do was give them a day I was available (luckily theyre open Saturdays), the young lady set up time, day and worked with my insurance to file the claim. Kyle came out early and was very fast and efficient! He went over minor details prior to starting and then wrnt through instructions after! Thank you, Kyle for doing such a great job and not having me wait around all day for you to arrive! You did an amazing job!

My husband and I had our insurance company come out to look at wind damage and they said it was “repairable.” Phoenix roofing came out to take a second look and they worked with our insurance company and got us a full roof replacement! Communication was GREAT. The crew worked hard to get the job done right before the holidays like we were hoping and did a great job cleaning up! I I highly recommend!!

I had Windows, gutters, and soffits installed in my house. The quality of work was great and for sure 5 stars on the quality of work. However, There was some miscommunication during the projects between the soffits and gutters being installed. We had some weather and in my opinion the projected should have been pushed back. Since it didn't they installed the soffits and removed my gutters and there was snow melting down my house that messed a little with my foundation. It was like that for 3 day until they can get someone to get the gutters installed.Overall 4 out of 5 and took away that last start due to project manager didn't have any solution between the gutter and soffits installation. They should have left my old gutters before the installed the new ones.

Brian and his team did an excellent job installing a very large window. They were on time & professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for their services.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
