Corena has a great customer service attitude. Her knowledge of the glass replacement was great she answered all my questions. Very courteous over the phone I would recommend you calling her if need glass work done.

Greg and SI windows was fantastic. They helped me in the design choices for a complete window and door replacement. I was able to compare different ideas for placement, glass type and other features in the planning process to make an informed decision.

The crew was very professional showing up on time, being mindful of what was going on at the house and leaving their work areas thoroughly cleaned.

In total everything was done on time and installed as if it was their own homes.

I'd highly recommend SI windows because of the above reasons and the difference it makes having quality doors and windows in your home. Aesthetically ot looks amazing and i cannot wait to see the benefits of the low e glass and sound dissipating options I went with.

Our install of Alside windows by LEI Home Enhancements was just finished. This has been an awesome experience from the beginning. Our sales rep Dustin did a great presentation and showed us all of the qualities that the Alside windows included, he took his time and answered all of our questions. Dustin was able to get us an affordable payment option that worked with our budget. We got all our homes windows replaced and our sliding glass door. The LEI office kept us informed about when our windows would be ready and scheduled the install team. The install team was amazing; they did not rush through the installation. They were careful with our furniture and patient with us. When they were done for the day plans were made for someone to come back on the weekend and finish the touch up paint. The team foreman Alex sat down with us before they left and asked if we saw any issues or needed anything further from him. Our sales rep Dustin came back out a few days after the install to see the great work and take some pictures. Our home is cooler and all of the issues we had with our old windows have been eliminated. Huge thank you to Dustin, Alex, his team, and all of the office personnel that took care of us and made this experience painless.

Working with John was awesome! I was commuting between Phoenix and Charlotte, NC during the time I was doing my research and having the work done and John was great about keeping in touch with me throughout the entire process.

Initially I was looking to replace my front doorsand my slider, but on John's first visit he noticed that my front doors were still in pretty good shape and suggested I look into having them refurbished rather than replaced, even though this meant the lose of a sale for him! He was even able to refer me to someone who was able to do the job!

John did replace my sliding glass doors with french doors and I also had him replace one of my windows while he was there. Both the products and the work provided were excellent! They were very neat and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.

I will definitely be recommending Imperial Windows to my friends and will most likely be having them replace some additional windows in the future.

We had some leaks to our patio cover that we had tried (and failed) at repairing ourselves. We reached out to Castile Roofing and Alex was very quick to respond and assist with a quote. Chris came and to inspect and do the repair and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Repair was done in a timely manner and well done.

Will use again for roofing needs.

PCC replaced our tile roof underlayment a few weeks ago. It was a big job on a 3600 square foot home. They were timely, professional and courteous. I'd recommend them! Joe

From my meeting with salesman Lee C. to the install, everything was 5 Stars. He took the time to answer questions, give detailed reviews on the product. When Pedro came to install, his team was professional from start to finish. They cleaned and did a walk thru from inside and outside of ALL the windows to be sure I was 100% satisfied. It was so easy and great to work with Lee and Window World of Phoenix. I would HIGHLY recommend Lee and Window World. I am extremely happy with my windows and they look great on the house. As a side note a friend I referred to them had an install issue, when they called, they got a quick response and resolution and are very satisfied with their windows too. We had an exceptional experience with Patriot Sun Control and would highly recommend them! We received a violation from our HOA for missing 1 sun screen on a front facing window. After calling several different companies, Patriot Sun Control was the first to return our call (while some others never did). At the time, we were only interested purchasing 1 sun screen, in which many companies refused the business because of only needing one.

After speaking with Lisa, whom was friendly, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable (I even made a friend that day), she scheduled for DJ to come measure. DJ showed up on time as promised and he was also friendly, professional and certainly knows the business. While he was here, I had him measure for multiple windows in the back of my home which were also missing sun shades, to obtain an estimate for the future.

The estimates we obtained were such a fair price that we decided to hire them to do all the work. That’s where these other companies who refused or never called back, made their mistake and lost business.

We were given an estimate of when we could expect installation, and DJ was upfront and honest that they were about 3 weeks out. With it being a busy time of year for needing sun screens, I understood and appreciated his honestly so we scheduled installation. The install happened when promised also and DJ and his installer Zach worked efficiently, quickly and did a stellar job!

The next day I felt an immediate and welcomed cooler temperature change in my home. Never having new sun screens before, it made us realize the shades on our upstairs master balcony were worn which explains why that room is so hot and also bright in the morning and afternoon (it faces West). I called Patriot Sun Control back to get an estimate to replace the slider door and flat panel. Once again, they showed up when promised, were friendly, professional and provided such a reasonable estimate that I hired them again today for the master slider door.

I cannot rave enough about this company! I feel so grateful to have found them and that they were so willing to work with me for my multiple situations! We are so happy with our new sun screens (they do other various screens/shades/enclosures as well) and we would highly recommend them and would hire them again in a second, should we need any future shading needs. This company is a gem! Exceptional job DJ, Lisa and crew! Thank you we appreciate your hard work and support family owned businesses!
