When we moved into our home we knew that there were 3 windows that needed to be replaced. The seals were broken and the screens were a mess.
After meeting at the home show we had Greg from Marvin come out and look at what we wanted to replace. He gave us great advice and good education on the differences in windows. There was no pressure and he answered all of our questions! Was patient with all of our decision making as well!!
When installation came I was nervous about how this would work on a stucco house. Kenny, the installer was amazing. He was conscientious of the dust created and protected the house from it. He worked quickly and kept the work space clean. He insulated all around the windows and caulked beautifully. It was truly a very professional job.
The windows are amazing, cool to the touch when it is 112 outside I can feel the difference in my office dramatically. It makes such a huge difference and it is a great feeling knowing they are good quality windows saving my energy costs.

I just had all of my windows replaced by LEI. Everyone I spoke to was professional, kind, and informative. The actual installation was efficient and seamless, the guys didn't leave any trace that they'd been here aside from my beautiful new windows.
We've had the windows for over a week now, and have noticed a huge difference in the heat surrounding the window area, there isn't any! I'm looking forward to enjoying these windows all summer, and for years to come.

Our 2022 purchase of a TX 1978 home found us (among other things) in need of gutters and new high quality windows. Power Home Remodel was very prompt in getting the gutters installed (just in time for a Great BIG Texas down pour). We had to wait a little for the windows to be manufactured since they are custom fit. Though the wait wasn't that long. The windows and gutters have been a fantastic upgrade to our home. They are aesthetically pleasing on all sides. Everyone who came to our home representing Power Home Remodeling has been friendly, professional and respectful. I would not recommend this business. The owner had over 2 weeks to reply to my email and did not reply.
This business charges you for materials which I knew and is supposed to leave the excess with you but conveniently it was forgotten to leave all of the excess material they charged for. I had work done on 2 doors yet one of the doors is still not closing properly and I was advised that was the best they could do. It was never mentioned before work started that the door might be a challenge and still might not close properly.

I did not end up choosing this company, but I would recommend getting multiple quotes and do some research. Remod AZ had a very nice presentation and appears to be selling very nice high quality windows however I was frustrated with their high pressure sales tactics. For example they originally quoted me $27,000 but were willing to take it down to $20,000 if I could commit that day. It felt like a good deal but I’m glad I didn’t because after a little research on google I found that the product they were charging me over $1,000 per window for should really be less than $500 per window including installation. Any time a company try’s to make you commit without giving you time to do your own research is a red flag for me.
