We used Handyman Connection to install a large multi-pane sliding glass door. We’d experienced a lot of delay and run-around with other contractors and the project had been left incomplete for months. The moment I met with Greg H. I felt reassured. I’m picky but he seemed more picky than I was. Greg was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He delivered quality service, excellent craftsmanship, and a reasonable price. Had toilet repaired, cost about $150. After about 7.5 months both parts of the toilet bowl broke. Spend a few more dollars on better products. Want it done right either do it yourself or use someone else

Very very expensive. Find someone else. 30 minutes of work and no materials cost me 160 dollars. Wish I could charge that rate.

Installed a ceiling fan for us. Very happy with his choice of fan and also the installation work. Nice guy, clean, wears a mask in my home, all great. Also on time, called when on his way. Try him, you'll like him.

The husband and I suspected that our toilet was leaking. We were further concerned when there was suddenly a large wet spot on the floor of our closet. Turns out the toilet leak had been traveling across our bathroom and into the closet. Joe was able to diagnose the issue and replaced the internals of our toilet. Sure enough, the wet spot dried within 24 hours and we no longer have a leaky toilet. He was able to further fix another toilet of ours so that the tank no longer leaks. The experience was professional and quick overall. Thank you, Joe!!

My experience with Greg Knutsons has always been excellent. He has been able to answer any of my questions thoroughly and to my complete satisfaction. I surely would recommend him and his services to anyone searching for a genuine person. In a tough economy its nice to know good handyman like Greg still exist.

Did a good job for me but now they are booked out for weeks

The lady they have answering the phone says they do not service the Mesa area even though it is listed on their website under the cities served section on the home page of their website.

Could not get through, phone call transferred multiple times, felt like I was at a national warehouse rather than a local business

Do not deal with this company. I called to discuss having them do work for me and for some reason they hung up and blocked my call. I called from another number and got a a different person to ask why they would do such a thing I mentioned I was going to offer them a number of large jobs but think I might take it somewhere else so they hung up again and blocked that number as well. I would understand if I was being difficult to deal with but I was being polite and trying to understand why they would do such a thing. If they do not like you they will block your calls so you can not get through to them anymore. I can just imagine how they deal with customer service.

If I could rate them 0 out of 5 I would. WOW!
