They did a great job and informed me before they started working on it, of a wire inside door panel that had been broken for a long time and he thought it was to the automatic door handle but I knew that was fine before I brought it in. I've only owned the car about two months so we weren't quite sure what that wire went to (it is a Tesla, so lots of wires inside the door) I was impressed with the honesty and doing a great job, and seem to stand behind their work because have a great warranty on their work and parts!

Damian and Matthew are wonderful people! I recommend getting your windshield replaced by them or anyone like them from Universal Glass, AZ!

I have used Best Glass several times now after becoming frustrated with the quality of the big, not to be named, windshield company my insurance company is in cahoots with. I have yet to be disappointed with any aspect of working with Best Glass.

Horrible company, spoke to a guy at 9:25a, stated he would call me back within an hour or less, to confirm if someone / tech would be able to come out to my home today. Never heard back. I called back at 11:31a, following up. He said a tech would be there at between 1p - 4p. No show. Called at 4:26p, a very unprofessional lady answered, sounded like I woke her from a nap. She stated the tech was on the way. Then the same guy I spoke to in the morning was in the background saying the tech is going to text you now. No show or text. Called at 7:23p. No answer. Don't waste your time with this HORRIBLE company.

Justin Hoskins arrived well within the scheduled time frame agreed upon for a Saturday morning appointment. Justin was very professional, courteous, and explained everything very well. The installation was quick and done with no disruptions. Thank you to Justin for a great job.

Clayton and his partner replaced my windshield in about half an hour. They were very friendly and did an outstanding job. Would highly recommend Star Glass for windshield replacement.

One of the best places ive been too. Great pricing & great staff. Kirk (the manager) made sure I was taken care of and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the service. Same goes for the technician who replaced my windshield. Id rate this place 10/10. I checked all over the valley and you can not find a cheaper place. ?

Perhaps the best experience I've ever had with an auto repair company. Easy and fast setup for the repair, they were able to come out to my vehicle a single business day later. They then did me the ludicrously nice courtesy of driving to my work location for paper signing, as I couldn't be at home for the repair. No fuss or tricks regarding the $100 windshield insurance-covered repair. Being an Arizonan, I've had my share of Loop-202 windshield cracks and have used several other auto glass repair companies. Luckily, I don't need to shop around anymore. Seriously, choose these guys.

Jim is amazing. He always takes amazing care of me & my customers. As an insurance agent it's important that I have great people to send my customers to, and Jim always comes through for me. My windshield was shattered by something a semi kicked up on Saturday 2/22, jim had it fixed before noon monday 2/24. Everyone else told me Friday the 28th! If you need glass repaired, I recommend the only company you call be Southwest.

Castile Roofing did a great job on my roof! Chris completed a roof repair after I moved into my new home. First of all Daniel and Aaron were awesome and this is why I'm giving 3 stars.
However Ricki the office person leaves a lot to be desired and is rude.
Sorry but I would NOT recommend this company to my friends unless they get Aaron and Daniel. They were very nice and professional and got the job done quickly.
