They are the best!!!! Please ignore the poor reviews in the same day that a terrible worker was fired and now threatening the company.

I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The service person was on time, professional and courteous. My windshield was replaced in less than an hour at my place of employment without any inconvenience to me.

They are all very kind, and I can't get enough of their customer service. I visited a lot of other shops, but I didn't feel right driving my car to them because of their terrible customer service. Robert did an absolutely killer job on my mustang. The back tint that was on it was super bad but he was able to get it off and new put on in no time and looks great! Definitely recommend them for anyone looking at getting tinting done!

I called a collision repair shop to get a recommendation for auto glass replacement, and the person said they always use Reliable Glass. The customer service person I spoke to made it very quick and easy, she even made a three-way call with my insurance. One call and it was done. Steven called me to say he could come earlier, and my glass was replaced ahead of schedule. He was experienced, efficient, and took his time to make sure everything was perfect.

I was looking for a windshield repair when I was referred to phoenix Mobile auto glass by my neighbor. He used them to replace his window last weekend and he said they were great. I had 2 small cracks and they fixed them and saved me from replacing the whole thing.

Safepro is the best, hands down. The staff is top notch, and the service is just as good if not better. Simple, on time, quality work from a locally owned business. I tried to get quotes from two of the other major competitors and was given the run-around and quoted near 1.66 time the price of Safepro's quote. Before Safepro, I felt like I was in a foreign country trying to ask for help from people who don't speak Me, when I called Safepro it was like I was in a finally met someone who not only spoke my language but genuinely cared. I had a rock chip my windshield and then split halfway across while still driving. I was on my way out to an evening appt in Buckeye and wouldn't be able to get back in time to get it repaired the same day. Dalton was fantastic and very pleasant to work with! He showed up promptly the next morning at 8:30am to my home, as he'd guaranteed. It took about 30-40 mins and he had me on my way to work in time. I highly recommend and would certainly use them again!!

PEOPLE DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE REVIEWS. THEY HAVE TERRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. THEY WILL AVOID ANY CONFLICT QUESTIONS, LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU THAT ANY DAMAGES DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE IS AT YOUR FAULY CLEARLY NOT VERY PERSONAL in the state of Arizona it's a one-party State meaning I can record any conversation without them knowing and I have the full conversation recorded I have an employee who I spoke too avoided any question about damages done towards your vehicle and how they are not responsible for what they do and how rudely they treat you making you feel stupid. I will place the conversation that took place on a Google drop or on YouTube so you can hear the conversation as followed please stay tuned for more updates. And overall avoid them like the plague.

Southwest Auto Glass gave me the best price with benefits, than any other place I contacted! They came, did the replacement, and was done in just under an hour, amazing! If anything goes wrong with your windshield, I highly recommend Southwest Auto Glass.

Very easy and fast with insurance claim. Came to my work and was friendly and did a great job on my replacement. Would definitely use again.
