In the past 6 months I have had 3 dealings with True View Windows & Glass of Phoenix. If you are looking for complete service and 100% reliability. True View Windows & Glass is an A+ for your ideal company to deal with.
I had complete Sun- Screens measured and custom fit for every window in my home. (quite a chore for a normal person) The cost was much less than other companies in my area.
Why all the Sun Screens? Glad you asked:: I live in Arizona. With heat over 110 degrees everyday. Not a job for me. Glad I called True view Window & Glass. I also purchased new fiberglass double front doors for my entry way into my home. They are a +10 and sound proof! Lastly, I was having problem with my sliding doors going out to my patio (it took 2 hands to open them) I called True View Windows & Glass and they were here within 6 days of my call. I had to replace a door insert with blinds inside and they had the item in stock and they came out to install it the next day. Super fast and friendly service. I would highly recommend.

Jimmy Dougherty was our sales representative and was on-time, answered all our questions and was very professional. The instal crew was there when they were scheduled worked fast and diligently. They finished on-time and cleaned up the work site better than they found it. Highly recommended.

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

Amazing job by scott over at auto glass clinic! I called em earlier today and they said they can come over today and get my front windshield replaced. Jim is amazing. He always takes amazing care of me & my customers. As an insurance agent it's important that I have great people to send my customers to, and Jim always comes through for me. My windshield was shattered by something a semi kicked up on Saturday 2/22, jim had it fixed before noon monday 2/24. Everyone else told me Friday the 28th! If you need glass repaired, I recommend the only company you call be Southwest.

I would definitely recommend this company any time you need roofing work done. I required quick work for a rental home and they sent Chip over to assess the damage. He was very courteous and showed up when he was supposed to, which is more than I can say for some of his competitors! Additionally, the guys that came to install and repair the roof were also just as nice, did a great job, and completed on time. They cleaned up the entire work area and left not a speck of evidence that they were even there once the job was completed. I will definitely do business with them again if I ever have another roofing problem!

I am only able to speak to our experience with glass replacement and emergency board up. We had an window broken at our home on Thanksgiving and had to get an emergency board up and window replacement.

The board up was great— quick and on a holiday. 5/5.

The window replacement has been awful. We were supposed to get a replacement within a week, and the appointment day came and went with no communication. We followed up multiple times, and got a text back saying he’d be there Monday to install. The measurements on the window were wrong, so he said he could install Wednesday.

Wednesday comes, I reach out in the morning and afternoon. No show, no contact, nothing.

If you need an emergency board up, these guys are fine. But if you need a reliable window replacement and professional communication, I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.
