Shane is FANTASTIC! I called him on Friday morning and he fit me in on Monday afternoon. One of my windows was off track and I couldn't open it. He fixed it in minutes. He is fair, honest, nice, efficient, and knowledgeable! Great customer service, you could ask for nothing more! Everyone else wants to sell you new windows and Shane will fix them.

Best Glass is THE BEST ! What a terrific experience. This company is outstanding. The Manager, shop staff, ladies at the counter and installers each a gem. Kind, genuine and knowledgeable. Would recommend this company without reservation. They created, measured and installed unique antique mirror for all 7 doors of our upper cabinets in our kitchen. It is perfection! They installed shower doors again, perfect. We have had them replace two windshields again, perfect. Each person who we dealt with from Best Glass, was an excellent representative of the company. Since our complimentary expression of Best Glass, five of our friends have now used the company and are also 100% satisfied.

New windshield install. Quick and easy.

I had a windshield replaced by Safe pro auto glass under a promotion. If I had my windshield replaced through my insurance I would receive a check from part of the profit. The sales representative promised to have the technician hand deliver it at time of install. When the technician completed the installation I ask about the promotional check, to which the technician stuttered saying he wasn't given one and I should receive it in 7-14 days by mail. After the technician completed the job and left I called and spoke with the sales representative to verify the technician's statement. The sales representative told me that the check was made out and with the work order for my windshield, the check was no where to be found in the office. So the sales rep made good on the check and I received it in the mail soon after.

But my concern was not about the money, it was about what happened to the check and make sure my identity has not been compromised. I found out from the promotional representative that the check was deposited into an account to a bank that I have no affiliation with and my signature was forged on the back of the check. The promotion representative sent me a copy of the check to which I clarified it was not my signature. The promotion rep said she would contact the bank to find out what they needed to do because this was the first time they have had a situation like this.

This all started at the end of May of 2014. No matter how may messages I left I never received a return call, until I left a dissatisfied review on SafePro's website. About an hour after I received a oh one call from the installation manager apologizing for dropping the ball and that he would handle it. Once again I have not heard from him for over two weeks and have not received any return phone calls regarding message(s) I have left.

Now, nearly three months since this issue had arised, I finally received a call from the promotional representative apologizing for not following up with the issue and assuming that it had been taken care of. She said that she has spoken to her bank contact and forms will need to filled out and possibility of filing a police report. I was told I should hear back from her in a few hours and receive forms to fill out regarding check fraud and forgery.

Unfortunately with how this situation has been handled I doubt I will be doing business with SafePro again.

Normally I don’t write reviews. But this business went above and beyond, so I figured it was only right to support a small Phoenix area business and give credit where credit is due. As far as auto glass repair is concerned, they have to be one of the best in the entire metro area. They were fast, cordial, and gave me a great price.

Rating the initial phone call: David from SafePro Auto Glass handled the inbound call with precision. Prepped me for the call to insurance, called the insurance for me, stayed on the line and helped, then delivered a beautiful SafePro testimony - passion for the product and service that SafePro provides. I'm sold, this is the best auto glass company in Phoenix metro hands down. I haven't even had my glass repaired yet, but I cannot imagine that going anything but perfect. I'll revise my post and rating if it does, but wow, that phone call exceeded my expectations by a mile.
