We have been very pleased with the LEI Window team. Our sales person Brennen was great to work with and Dustin Barron has stepped in to help answer any questions and concerns we had in the beginning. We had previously worked with another window company, however LEI's quote was significantly less, and so it was much easier to finish our project. The install went very smoothly, and the team was very friendly. So far we can tell a big difference in outside noise reduction. We are hoping to see reduction in AC costs next summer. I am also hoping that with the sealing around the windows, we will have less dust. We enjoy having the windows open, now that it is cooling down (they are very easy to operated). I recommend this company and thank you for working with all my questions.

Sales man was great, knowledgeable and not pushy.

Installation crew was a bunch of pigs. Left debri and a pack of screws in my daughter's crib. Left cups and botttles of beverages all over my house. Also left my back gate open. After speaking with a reprsenative over the phone, who didn't seem too concerned about issues, not very happy. Use caution with install team.

I was beyond grateful with the service from Dave’s Metro Auto Glass. They have replaced windshields on all of my vehicles and have never had any issues. When you ask for five star service that’s exactly what you get. If I could rate them 6 stars I would. Thank you guys again!

Vacuum battery was used up at precious appt. Seems like a problem that should have a solution. T shirt guy wore very dirty for second appt of the day. He said window wouldnt go up unless he put his finger on ŵindow applying pressure. He said something must have bent. Weed eater threw a small rock. I doubt the regulated bent as whole was in center of window.

PCC is definitely a five-star company. I spoke with eight different roofing companies and received multi appraisals and after some extensive research decided to go with PCC for a roof replacement project. Sean came out to the house, he was very communicative about the materials he was going to use, the timelines, and a basic entire outline how he was going to approach and finish our roofing project. Let me say he wasn’t the cheapest, but it also wasn’t the most expensive. All things considered he was more than adequately priced- their pricing was downright fair. They loaded the roof with the materials, and as discussed - two days later they were started on the project. The crew showed up on time, they were relatively quiet, respectful, and very applied to what they were doing. The roof was done inside of two days and looks totally awesome. I was also done a week ahead of schedule. It was actually a quite pleasurable experience. The crew cleaned the property to the point where you couldn’t even tell they were there, a final walk-through was completed after the crew left by Sean’s brother. No regrets! Love these windows! The estimated date of install was accurate. We had the entire house done in <6 hours total, including a door installation. The crew was polite and clean as well. But the best part difference in the temperature in our house is AMAZING! The windows open and close like a charm. Do be prepared for a sales pitch during the estimate visit, and for the visit to take > 2 hours. After placing the order, there was a problem. When I discussed it, every one in the company responded quickly and professionally. The problem was fixed ASAP. I am very satisfied, and do recommend this company and product. When you choose them, you will be glad. I hope you enjoy your new windows as much as I am enjoying mine.
