We love our new windows! The whole process was quick and easy. Definitely recommend!

We had a quote from Mike on Tuesday 11/8 . He was on time, very knowledgeable and professional. He spent over 2 hours here taking time to explain the process and the product selections. We were told we would get an email quote by the end of the day. (he did give us a verbal quote while here). We did not receive an email but waited until Friday 11/11 to call and inquire. The person on the phone apologized, took our information and said we would get an email by the end of the day and a phone call follow up on Monday 11/14 . As of Tuesday 11/15 (a week later ) We have not received an email quote, nor a phone call.

They are the best!!!! Please ignore the poor reviews in the same day that a terrible worker was fired and now threatening the company.

We really enjoyed the whole process with Dream style. Vincent was our salesman who came to the house and gave us an estimate and showed us all the available products, very professional. The install went very smooth, it was great that they can come and complete everything in just 1 day. Our installers, Russell & John were on time, professional and you could tell they really cared about the work they were doing.Overall we are very pleased with the work Dreamstyle did with our new walk in shower. My wife is due for a knee replacement so the timing is perfect for her to be able to have an easy shower experience.Thank You Dreamstyle !!!

We had a sliding glass shower door installed in our hall bath & then a large glass panel in our master bath , all very recently. The installers did a great job, we're really happy with the product and their price was competitive. Very Accommodating & Professional! I would recommend them to anyone!

the sales person took his time and went over the windows and explained how they were made and the installation .the cost was well priced . it took a while to get them because of COVID but it was worth it.total installation time was about 13 hours with 2 installers with 1 installer working by himself because his partner became ill .excllent job all around.

They have been my go to source for superior quality, reasonably priced floor solutions. They are rapid response, attention to detail, thorough follow through, full service organization. I've been tempted--and shopped their prices with other vendors. The prices hold up. I will continue to do business with them.

Great experience with Rick and IllumiNation from start to finish.
We wanted to replace a 9 feet ugly aluminum slider in our house in Scottsdale. Called IllumiNation and everything went great from estimate to installation. Rick was right on time for our in house appointment. We arranged to also meet at their showroom in Scottsdale, which is very nice. Got pricing on three different styles with no issues. We had another company come out and price similar to exact product, wasn't nearly as impressed as with IllumiNation. We decided to go with illumiNation and couldn't be happier. The new doors are an awesome upgrade and they look fantastic.

Couldn't recommend Rick and Illumination highly enough, great people and great company to do business.

We don't get much rain in Az, but when it rains it pours!
Jimmy and the great team at Tacheny Exteriors responded super fast to roof leak and did a great job. They even gave some solid tips and advice towards a possible skylight installation-we're going to have them bid it out for us. Great Company, and Jimmy's amazing!

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

Dan & Kage did a great job installing my sliding door. This is the second sliding door that they’ve installed for me and I am more than pleased with the quality of work and the doors themselves.

Well... just when we finally thought our Western Window Systems problems were about to be solved, we now find out that one of the trapezoid windows in the kitchen was fabricated backwards. This is now 3 windows in our project that have to be reordered. Oh, and did I mention that in spite of all the issues being on Western Window's side, they are unwilling to rush production of replacement units. For something as custom/expensive as these windows are, you'd think there would be better quality control and certainly better customer service when addressing problems. Not impressed... On 7/14/2016, Jason and Derek installed our two sliding glass doors. They both were very good and professional doing the installation, cleaning up afterwards and very polite.
We were very Happy and completely satisfied with the installations and their professionalism. Our 2 doors are very beautiful, and we feel that you have 2 very knowledgeable installers.
