My “handyman” was courteous, friendly, prompt and finished the job on time. The kitchen and the restrooms were remodeled and look exactly the way I planned and look amazing. I will be using RT Constructions again and can recommend them without reservations. Excellent.

We hired JBS Remodeling services to do some work to our patio and have plans for a kitchen remodel. I was very pleased with the quality of work Joseph did. I felt the price was fair and the work was excellent. They are an honest company and I would recommend them!

What a wonderful experience from this husband and wife duo. They came to fix my pullout drawer. I also had a wall cabinet door that just broke. I was going to order a new door to put on but Art said he could fix it. He took my 2 problems back to his magic workshop to repair properly. I was expecting several days, but no Art and Kathy had it done and reinstalled within 24 hours. Im so delighted and impressed, plus I'm making a list of other projects.

They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.

We have been using Perfection Handyman Services for nearly 3 years now for our rental property. It all began with a tenant vacating our home without notice. Randy and his crew were able to completely assist me in preparing the home for a new tenant even though I lived in Hawaii and the home was in Tempe. He was my eyes, and was able to go through the home and tell me everything that would need done in the home. These details were as small as replacing light bulbs, light covers, fans, installing stand alone A/C units to as big of jobs as completely rebuilding doors to the outside storage to match the associations specification. For jobs such as painting, carpeting, sliding door replacement ect. He also has a network of professionals to recommend for jobs that are outside of their services. Over the last few years whenever I have needed anything done, this is the company I call. They are reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend hiring them to partner with you as your long-term handyman service company.

Very unprofessional! Mike has anger issues, not sure how he can conduct business or can provide any customer service to anyone. His profanity alone would turn any potential customer away, he's rude and needs some professional counseling.
