As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The customer service rep told me my appointment had been cancelled. I did not receive a call, text or email that it was cancelled. The rep said there were no notes on why it was cancelled. I asked if they rescheduled it and she said yes and then told me three more days out and my new time frame. I was informed that a manager would be reaching out from the Tempe location. Still waiting on that call too. This is the second time for a scheduled service a technician has not shown up in the last two weeks. I have high doubts that I will actually get someone here on Monday, but fingers crossed. I do not recommend this business as clearly clients time is not respected. Customer service is not a priority. We all understand the labor shortage, but management has no excuses on no call for a followup. I will go local to support a small business.
