Bill's has competitive rates but shines in their workers. The two I dealt with were Nova and Paulina. Nova took my call to schedule my first appt. Paulina showed up at my door to do the extermination work. The ladies were both kind and knowledgeable. My three dogs fell in love with Paulina, and that says a lot to me. I'm extremely pleased with Bill's and look forward to a long relationship with them for our preventative bug extermination.

Our technician Jim was personable and knowledgeable, taking the time to show us around to potential points of entry throughout the home. The service was thorough and helped take care of the little critter issues we were having. We have found our pest service!

We've been customers with Insectek for about a year now. They offer a super good piece of mind and we're really helpful when we were dealing with a roach problem at a rental house. Before we moved, they went over and sprayed our new place so we knew we weren't moving into another problem. He always communicates before each visit to reconfirm & asks if there is anything in particular for that treatment that needs to be addressed. Poor customer service as well as unprofessional tech they had come out to my property.

We’ve had 3 pest control companies attempt to solve our rodent problems. I’ve been hearing rats run and scurry in my bedroom over my bed! Ew! It has been giving us insomnia and stress for months!!! Other companies kept placing out traps, to no avail. We finally called Arizona’s Best Choice and they sent out their representative named Hannah. Wow! Where do I even start. Extremely professional, punctual, kind, and honest. She instantly found the culprit. The rodents ate through our plumbing line on our roof! (Picture included that she took)
Sure enough, Hannah solved the problem. We haven’t heard a peep since she performed the service. My wife and I finally sleep! We feel so at peace. Hannah GAVE US OUR LIFE BACK. We trust her services. I highly recommend you call and ask for Hannah for all and any services. She’s extremely knowledgeable. She truly loves what she does, it’s evident in her performance.
