We previously used another company 31/2 years ago for termite treatment. They did not drill into our concrete as part of their initial service. The termites returned this year after the rains that we have been having. We decided to use Bill's this time. Our experience has been great so far. Gemma came out to do our estimate. She was personable and knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection inside and out. The price quoted was reasonable as well. Casey came out today to perform the treatment. He called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way (which I always appreciate). He was courteous and efficient. I also like Bill's website, which gives additional info regarding tx types. I recommend this company to anyone looking for termite treatment of their home.

I am truly impressed with the customer service. I went with this company because it had 5 stars and now I can see why. Dallin the tech was very respectful of property, very thorough and helpful and just overall very nice. We have a scorpion issue and its been bad for the past two months. While I dont know the results of the product yet, this review is mainly for the level of service that was provided. Hope the chemicals are effective. I'll be coming back for that review.

Russell Pest Control has been wonderful since before we even moved into our home! They’re caring and attentive, always acknowledging and addressing my concerns about scorpions and prevention. Customer service was really rude, hung the phone up on my face trying to schedule an appointment. Tried to call back they ignored my call and closed the office early.

Woke up with Ants all over my kitchen, and couldn’t find where they were coming from. Eddie from Exterminators of AZ promptly arrived and identified the source, and took care of the problem right away.
