These guys are great. To say that they are professional is an understatement. Super easy and accommodating to set Up an appointment. We had them do our house and my father's house the same day. Before they came to my house I had already heard a good report from my father about them. Dax was great with my dad and made him feel comfortable. But what I really appreciated was when Brad came to our house, he took the time to explain things to me. Told me how the product worked, how long it should last, and what to expect. I called today to get a quote for pest control, not only were they able to come out and spray today they were having a special so I got 50% off my first spray. Eric the technician who came out was incredibly awesome, he explained everything and great detail listened to all my concerns and then address each one individually. I also have small dogs and was concerned about spraying with them around, not only did they use my mind because all of their chemicals are super safe, but he was conscious of where he sprayed based on that fact. Eric even went in my hot attic since it reached 100 today to spray to make sure that we got a comprehensive spray for the first time.I was so impressed I signed up for a yearly service and will have them come out once a month to keep my home bug free. I cannot recommend Eric or Insectek enough. you are looking for a reputable company with awesome employees to take care of your home and keep it free of pests definitely call Insectek.

The technician under estimated the problem. So after his treatment I still had live bedbugs running around. He said he was going to come back with the dog and never did. And when I called the corporate center to see when I was getting the follow up, they said I never paid for the dog. So there was some miscommunication with that whole thing. It was only after I contacted the corporate center that the agent was trying to contact me and wanted something. I feel I paid a lot of money and I still have the problem and I really don’t want to talk to these people anymore.
But they have taken the initiative and explain the situation. And came back to my house with one of the best employees and worked on my house until they finally alleviated the problem. I am so impressed with their follow through. I never thought anybody reads Those reviews. I am glad they take those review seriously. I appreciate Caleb and all his hard work and the follow-through of this company.

Danny & Duane are the BEST EVER . If there is ever a question or something I feel needs to be addressed they are ON IT . They came back 2 xs for me because I was paranoid about the ants after the rain and I am sure they didn't need to I am just a worry wart . They are truly caring & they don't make me feel like I am a PEST. ( I know I am ,lol) I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE ( AND I HAVE) From the office staff , to the saleman,and especially My exterminators .
