Excellent customer service. They had a quote ready for me in a few minutes and arrived early in the schedules treatment day. So far we have had no issues. Time alone will tell if they took care of the termites but I'm confident they will honor their word and take care of it if the pests return.Now, two weeks after the treatment my wife found a cluster of termites in one of the bedrooms. I'm hoping it was a holdout group that hasn't died yet but I'm sure if the problem continues Bill's will be on hand to help out.

Have used Blue Sky since 2004 when we were leasing a house while our current home was being built. We had them come out and spray around and in the new house before we moved in one thing. We have been extremely pleased with Blue Sky and would not even think of going to another company. The rates have gone up since 2004 but not significantly at all. We have service every other month and have only had to have them come out two times over all these years in between bi-monthly breatments.I highly recommend Blue Sky. Our technician is Dennis and except for a short time period he has always been our technician. He is professional, friendly and does a fantastic job. Due to recent construction near our neighborhood there has been an uptick in scorpions but we have had really no problems compared to neighbors who either do not use pest control or do not use Blue Sky! Highly recommend!

I spoke with Sean and he is definitely an expert on killing bed bugs. He is extremely knowledgeable and made me realize that I don’t have them right now but I should see a dermatologist to see what type of bites or rash is on my skin. I thought it was bed bugs because I have ptsd from a past bed bug experience 10 years ago and was grateful for his advice.

I checked reviews prior to contacting Watts for a serious ant problem at our home. I was pleased to see the high ratings. After having our home serviced, I can see why they have the ratings they do. I contacted 2 other businesses and got quotes in the hundreds and one stating that it would need 3 treatments. I'm not a certified pest person but I do know that if you find the colony, and get the queen - you pretty much will resolve the issue. Marc Watts personally confirmed this as well and let me know that one treatment should take care of the problem. If it didn't at any time within the next month - he will come out at no charge and treat until it is resolved. That, and the pricing, impressed me. I got an appointment for Saturday (which some wouldn't do). Unfortunately, due to an issue beyond our control, we were not able to get back to our home in time for the appointment. Jahmaine (our technician) said that he would be willing to come out on Sunday morning if they would be convenient so we wouldn't have to wait longer for resolution. That REALLY impressed me. He hit a home run when he arrived (on time and ready). He found the colony even though it was hid underneath a small stub wall. He did the treatment and we have had no issues since. Not only did he take care of that issue but also noted 3 small exploratory tubes for subterranean termites. He also recommended a way to take care of them that cost us nothing. That's right - nothing! This company is all about ethics and good business practices. I highly recommend them.

I am so happy that I chose to work with House Doctor to eliminate my termite problem. I set up an estimate with them after the second or third time of going through the various companies around town. Not only did David immediately respond to my online request with a phone call, but their technician Josh happened to be right around my house, which is not always the case living so far north. He was over in twenty minutes from getting off of the phone with David, who thoroughly went over their services on the phone. Taking covid precautions, I was happy to open the door to a masked Josh. He looked around and of course pointed out more tubes than I had even identified. He was also extremely patient as another company showed up minutes before he was leaving - without having confirmed their appointment, of course. After reviewing their services, getting four other estimates, and having a few more questions answered by David, I scheduled my service promptly and was delighted to be taken care of the following week by Isaac. He was so fast and made cleanup of everything that was drilled a breeze. His work inside the house was quick as well, and I'm happy to report that after he knocked down the tubes I had, nothing has been back since! Of course the product may take some time to kick in, but I suppose my colony ran into the Termidor almost right away. I highly recommend using House Doctor for your exterminating needs. I chose them because they were fast, family-owned, cared about my experience, of course use top of the line Termidor, and they were helpful along the way, suggesting what to look for in a quote as well as having a generous and updated warranty period.
