Tylor did a wonderful job making sure that we were protected rom different bugs and thought about some bugs that could come out with the rain.

We are on a bi-monthly service plan. Michael was on time and let us know ahead when he would be arriving. He was very thorough and helpful. He explained what he was doing and asked if we needed anything else or had any concerns. We are located in the Prescott Valley area.

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.
