Bill's Pest and Termite Control is awesome! I'm finalizing a VA refinance and the lender informed me on short notice that I had to arrange for a termite inspection using a specific form. Bridget from Bill's was able to come out the next day, they were familiar with the form the VA needed. They are certified, prompt, friendly and reasonably-priced. Thankfully no termites were found but Bridget was able to show me where the prior owner had done treatment and tell me how thorough it was. If I ever need treatment this is who I'll call for certain!

I utilized this pest control company for more than 2 years!!! Always gave the best customer service and followed through on all appointments, recalls and super non-chemicals that worked!!!I moved away...only reason I stopped using their service...

When I called, they were able to get out to my property the same day, which was very convenient. HOWEVER…. When they arrived at my house and discovered no bees, I was still invoiced for a $145 inspection that took them a total of 15 min and resulted in “Welp, we didn’t see any bees but if you get any bees in the next 10 days, we’ll apply that cost to your treatment.” When I spoke to David, he said he didn’t want to argue with me, then proceeded to argue with me about the “value” that his company had provided, essentially just confirming the absence of bees, saying that gas is expensive, and we guys are very busy right now (if they’re so busy, how were they able to get to my property within an hour?). Maybe that’s the industry standard, and David did end up negotiating on the cost, but it seems absolutely absurd to me that 15 minutes of their time (plus a short travel, so let’s be generous and round up to 45 minutes) and nothing else of substance ended up costing what it did.

I had Kyle Wilbert come out to get rid of some critters, and I can't recommend him enough. He's very thorough and knowledgeable about pest control and funny to boot! Some guy's only come out to do a job with no real expertise, but not Kyle. He will explain to you what you're facing and how he will deal with it, AND what to expect in the days to come. Sorry I'm raving but you just don't get this kind of great service anymore! Call Bio-Chem if you got bugs, and ask for Kyle. He's the best in the business.

Our technician was efficient and timely. He let me know when he arrived to my home and when he was done.

I recantly used this company to take care of my scorpion problem I had .I was finding 20 a month and after there service I have only found dead ones .Thank you for keeping my family safe .I recommend them highly.
