Weve used other pest control companys and burns is by far the best , doesnt hurt that Jason is our tech , so professional and does an amazing job , Burns is fortunate to have Jason.

We moved to Arizona eight months ago and have been using Custom Pest since moving into our townhome. Since we share walls with neighbors, it was important to me to find quality pest control services. Custom Pest has exceeded my expectations. Johnathan and Pablo are professional, personable, and really seem to care for their customers. Our family is super busy and Johnathan and Pablo have been so patient with us when trying to schedule. Besides their stellar customer service, their products work well, their service is affordable, and they are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Custom Pest Services.

DYLAN was supposed to show up to give me my money back and never showed up service is very poor. The owner of the company does not tell the truth he lies a lot. He calls apologizing for things he said to me on a text message and still has not paid me none of my money back. I’ve been waiting on him a couple of days to pay my money back and still has not came through. Service sucks does not know how to do bedbug service at all and I will not refer that company to anyone else . He will tell you he has Covid just so he doesn’t have to do his job. Very very unprofessional

When I contacted Green Magic to get quotes to start a new service, I appreciated that the owner (Matt) was on the phone telling me about their products and their team approach. James did our initial service and could not have been more informative and professional. I have already recommended them to my new neighbors!

Honestly not sure why I haven’t submitted a review sooner. They’re awesome! Antonio is our service tech. He’s a pleasure to work with, so kind and honest. Customer service is always responsive and helpful. Overall very impressed with their services!

First time with this company the guys were very professional and took their time answering all my questions.

I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.

I called them and made an appointment for them to come out to my house. They didn’t come, so I called and set another appointment, which they did come to. They set a few traps around the house and said there were a few points of entry. No rodents were caught and I had to ask them to come out again. They set some more traps. This was at least a week before Christmas and I haven’t heard from them since. I still have an infestation of rodents. All this for $250.
