Blue Sky personnel are always respectful of me, my home, and my time. Not only are they great at what they do, they do it will politeness, consideration, and, honestly I feel they treat me the way they would their own family. I have exterior perimeter and garage treatment only, without inside house treatment. I think there should be a reduced price option for a partial treatment plan.

Recently renting from an AirBNB that had cockroaches. Mark (P?) went above and beyond. I was at work the first time they/he came by and missed his call. He left a message and even called again a bit later. Put all my fears at ease, answered all my questions, and gave the time of day. And as far as I’m concerned, cockroach problem is taken care of! Thank you!

So glad I called them after calling at least a dozen other companies who wouldn't even come out for less than over $200 for my 700 sq ft apt in a triplex! Owner Brandon arrived in an impressive vehicle and did a terrific job, didn't see another bug for over two months and very reasonable . I use them now quarterly and won't let them get away! I called Johnathan at Custom Pest Services because we had a cockroach problem. Johnathan was super friendly and came to the house right away. I haven’t seen a single cockroach since he sprayed my house. I would highly recommend Custom Pest Services.

Courteous and professional service. My wife and I have been using White Horse Pest for monthly service for three months now. We had previously had a company coming out for our scorpion issue that didn't seem to be getting better. After the first spray with White Horse, we noticed a drastic reduction. We also came across a Bed Bug issue within the last month and they have tackled that as well. It's comforting knowing they offer multiple services for whichever creepy crawler could decide to show up. 5/5!

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

When I contacted Green Magic to get quotes to start a new service, I appreciated that the owner (Matt) was on the phone telling me about their products and their team approach. James did our initial service and could not have been more informative and professional. I have already recommended them to my new neighbors!

Honestly not sure why I haven’t submitted a review sooner. They’re awesome! Antonio is our service tech. He’s a pleasure to work with, so kind and honest. Customer service is always responsive and helpful. Overall very impressed with their services!

Great service

Our technician, Jay, was professional, courteous and conscientious in his work. He notified us that he was on his way, performed his services thoroughly, and told us what he had done when he finished. I applaud this service.

I called them and made an appointment for them to come out to my house. They didn’t come, so I called and set another appointment, which they did come to. They set a few traps around the house and said there were a few points of entry. No rodents were caught and I had to ask them to come out again. They set some more traps. This was at least a week before Christmas and I haven’t heard from them since. I still have an infestation of rodents. All this for $250.
