I have been a customer of Green Home Pest Control for 2 years. The service has always been prompt and full of great quality. Cameron is my pest control guy. Before entering my home he puts on special shoe covers not to track allergens into my home, he made sure to ask questions about pests (or lack there of because of the great service) that I could have seen, and completed services with a smile. I have not seen any pests inside my home sinc ethey started. The chemicals are also safe for my son who suffers froma ton of allergies.

Made an appointment last week for today. Called today to see when they would be here and they have no record of the appointment! Told them I spoke to Sam but was informed he is in the Tucson office and the appointment info did not make it to Scottsdale! Now the appointment we have is over 3 weeks away! UPDATE: THEY CALLED MIDDAY AND SAID THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM SHOWS APPOINTMENTS ON INSPECTORS TABLETS BUT NOT ON OFFICE COMPUTER SO THEY NEED SOME WORK ON THAT.

We moved to Arizona eight months ago and have been using Custom Pest since moving into our townhome. Since we share walls with neighbors, it was important to me to find quality pest control services. Custom Pest has exceeded my expectations. Johnathan and Pablo are professional, personable, and really seem to care for their customers. Our family is super busy and Johnathan and Pablo have been so patient with us when trying to schedule. This company either intentionally scams people or just doesn’t have it together. They billed both me and my landlord after I spoke to 5 different people on the phone and I had to tell them the details about everything that happened every time I spoke to someone. There were roaches here when we moved in. They sent someone for the first appointment who saw one of the roaches and confirmed it was not a German roach. A few hours later a different person came by for the same appointment, was completely unaware that we already received service. I told him they already came in. He kept asking what the first person did and insisted on coming in to do further treatment. I asked multiple times if I would be charged extra for this, I reminded him that I don’t have German roaches and wouldn’t be paying for that service. He reassured me there would not be a charge for that and that my landlord and I wouldn’t get charged twice, and so did multiple employees on the phone. Guess what I got billed for? German roaches. The most expensive treatment. Today someone came by saying I had an appointment. I told him I didn’t have one and he kept offering to come inside. I asked him if it would cost more and he said it should be on the “plan I paid for” but couldn’t give me a straight answer so I told him no, im good. As far as I was informed, the “plan I paid for” did not include additional treatment either way. I do not own the property! My landlord owns several properties and he is in their system. I am not paying the bill! After being sent around in circles and wasting my time on multiple occasions a reputable company would make it right. Instead they are billing me for things I didn’t consent to and sending people to my home unannounced. It is not my job to figure this out and I regret taking their word and letting them into my home. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else or buy some diatomaceous earth on Amazon.

We are super impressed with Green Magic Pest Control! We have been looking for a pest control company for quite some time. I reached out to a few companies via email and phone and never heard back. A colleague of mine referred us here and I contacted Green Magic that same day. I was contacted back within five minutes of calling and Matt was very helpful in explaining the services/pricing. We did our due diligence in asking a few friends and family members what they pay for their services with other companies and Green Magic is SUPER reasonable in comparison. They also offered us a discount for our initial service which I really appreciate. Matt was able to schedule us for service the day after inquiring. Thank god for that because our pest problem has gotten a bit out of control and we needed someone to come out here like, yesterday. Soren did an awesome job while he was at our home. He was very informative, thorough, and kind. He removed all of the webs around our house and sprayed both inside and outside. Super happy with Green Magic's communication and service. 10/10 would recommend.
