We were very impressed with Tony as our technician. He was thorough, courteous, friendly, and respectful of our home. He clearly went the extra mile to ensure we were well taken care of, spending additional time with us to ensure we knew what to look for and expect. We are ver pleased with Urban Desert and will continue to rely on them for our pest control needs.

I am very upset to start off I was charged even tho I canceled service but they reimbursed me the money and lowered the price .Today they were supposed to come from 10-12 and came 2 and a half hours late when we already left and the pest problem is still here and hasn’t been resolved they only sprayed several areas and didn’t seem concerned where the problem was coming from

A long overdue review for an AMAZING company! I started using Insectek over a year ago for my townhome in Phoenix. Living in the city equals living with cockroaches and other insects, especially during the summer. Once I started seeing the occasional cockroach inside, one of us had to go...and they did. Insectek’s product immediately took care of the problem and after the initial 7-10 days...I never saw one in the house again. Also, while they are hard to get rid of, I also saw a dramatic decrease in silverfish.Fast forward about 18 months later and they are now treating the home that I bought in Phoenix. They did the initial treatment before we moved in and all I have seen are dead bugs (outside) ever since.I can’t say enough good things about Insectek!

These guys are TOP NOTCH!!!! I hired them to take care of my house and they did such a great job, I hired them to take care of my business as well! Nick has a great attitude and is all about customer service. Don't waste your time with anyone else!

I have used Russell Pest Control for 2 years, every summer. I have a really bad scorpion problem at my home because of the wash behind my house. It is so nice to have gotten rid of them & their food sources!
