These guys were fast and knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I had a warranty from another company that did a poor job fixing a termite problem but elected to use Bill's based on their reviews and I was not disappointed. I thought I had one area of concern but he showed me 7! Glad we had them out to inspect and subsequently treat.

Great monthly service tech and keeps on top of issues.

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.
