I just have the outside treated and have never had a problem with pests inside. I have used Western Exterminatore for years and highly recommend them.

I had scheduled a termite inspection by your company for this morning between 8:00 and 12:00. No service person came or called. I called your company at 11:19 and again at11:30 but received no assurance that a service person would come. I called again at 12:50 and was told that the appointment was scheduled for Jan. 19. I have a Jan 5 email confirming today’s service date. Poor business and poor communication practice. Tom Harris

Bug Science is high quality and professionally run company but they make you feel like family. Spence was obviously good at his job but his concern for my home and my dogs was exceptional and made it feel so personal. The cost was very reasonable. They were able to schedule in a very timely fashion. The office staff was so responsive and the techs were fantastic. What more could I ask for!
