This was our first time needing this type of service; and Insectek came up on my Yelp search. I was contacted by several companies, however, Insectek had one of the quickest response times with the best follow-up and communication. Nick was the Technician that came to our home for the termite inspection today and he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and patient with all my questions. He was top-rate and contributed to my confidence in acquiring their services! I signed the service agreement today... hoping the work/treatment is as superb as the service so far. The guys who come to the house have always been polite, very knowledgeable, on time, respectful of our home and property and just generally are a pleasure to work with. I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.
