New to Arizona, we had no idea about pest control, Brad was amazing, explained everything and took the time to answer any questions we had. Setting up an appointment was easy and they even send you a reminder when you are due for a spray with no pressure to set up an appointment. We have now used Brad twice, once when we moved into the house and again for upkeep, each time Brad is pleasant, takes his time, and is very thorough. Diego was great at explaining what he could do to treat the areas affected. He explained what he was gonna do and how he was gonna do it. He made holes in the walls so he could treat that area and when finished he patched them back up. He did a great job. After he finished u couldn’t see where he had made the holes. He was very helpful. I highly recommend Diego and Action Termite.
