No one contacted me regarding the report findings. I was called by someone who didn’t introduce herself just seeking payment. I stated that I didn’t know what the report said and it was difficult to find it via email. The woman then got an attitude. I wouldn’t have chose them personally, but I was referred via third party but now I know.

Nick is a great guy and it’s a family owned business! He not only helps me but he helps out my mother and takes the time to help her understand best practices for keeping bugs away! I won’t be using anyone else!!! Thanks guys!!

Great people and service, extremely reasonable pricing and proficient at what they do. Solved our problem in no time and could have charged us a lot more for repeat visits but told us we could handle it ourselves and save money. They did NOT ask me to write a review, I think we should take the time to post the positive stuff and not just bother to write the awful reviews for bad service.

The same day I called with concerns is the same day they came out it t to inspect. They were friendly and knowledgeable. He inspected two rooms and found nothing phewwww! I was relieved to get the information on what they look like and where to look for them in the future also better sleep was in my future knowing I was bed bug free. I am buying a house out of Phoenix and needed a termite inspection. I asked Ryan to take care of it because I know and trust him. There was a trip charge (understandable) but he got there that week and took care of it for me. Great Service Great price

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

I had a Bedbug issue so i called Jeff with Azex Pest Solutions. Him and his great knowledgeable team took care of me and now im bed bug free! Its been 2 months since the treatment and i havent had any bites. Now me and my family can sleep without worrying about getting bit.

Nick was able to get us scheduled right away. He was very professional and courteous. He was speedy, yet very thorough with his services. I love that he didn’t pressure us into signing a contract, like past companies we used. Thanks Nick for making sure we keep our home bug free !!
