Our technician went above and beyond to address our raccoon problem. They are responsive, reliable and honest. They installed a camera on our roof so that we could see that the raccoon had left and could not re-enter once they closed the access point. We get treatment for scorpions and crickets mostly, as our house backs up to a preserve and scorpions are plentiful here. We have used Critter Tech for approximately 8 or 9 years now. They are extremely reliable, responsive, and most importantly thorough. Our technician, Jesse, comes every month, always on time and it’s nice to have the same person come every time, as he’s familiar with our issues and our property. They send reminder texts for our appointments, are very fair in their price structure, and we have been very happy with our service for years. I don’t give my business to people who haven’t done a good job, so the fact that we’ve been with them for so long when there are many pest control choices, says these guys are excellent. The same day I called with concerns is the same day they came out it t to inspect. They were friendly and knowledgeable. He inspected two rooms and found nothing phewwww! I was relieved to get the information on what they look like and where to look for them in the future also better sleep was in my future knowing I was bed bug free. I have used Ryan with Absolute Pest Solutions on many occasions. As soon as we have an issue his response is immediate and always effective. His heat treatment was the only solution to a bedbug problem that nothing else would solve. He's saved my pine trees from a beetle that was killing them with just one treatment. We’ve had 3 pest control companies attempt to solve our rodent problems. I’ve been hearing rats run and scurry in my bedroom over my bed! Ew! It has been giving us insomnia and stress for months!!! Other companies kept placing out traps, to no avail. We finally called Arizona’s Best Choice and they sent out their representative named Hannah. Wow! Where do I even start. Extremely professional, punctual, kind, and honest. She instantly found the culprit. The rodents ate through our plumbing line on our roof! (Picture included that she took)

Nick got us on his schedule quickly, worked around our busy life, and kept us updated on exactly when to expect him. He was professional, knowledgeable, took the time to explain how the product worked, and assured our pets and babies were safe around them. He mentioned areas that he had assessed needed to be treated more heavily, like specific bushes in our back yard, and asked if there were any specific problem areas I had noticed in the house. We will absolutely be using Fromms Pest Control for regular service and will be recommending him to all our friends.
