I first used Bill's Pest & Termite in 2011 to treat my home for termites. I received quality service back then, as well as today in 2019 when I needed to retreat my home. Their staff is kind and knowledgable, from the scheduling of appointments, estimates, and application of treatment.Their treatment has been effective! I have had a few friends and family members deal with other companies to treat their homes for termites and the termites continue to reappear, causing them to need more treatments/applications of chemicals. I have not had that issue with Bill's! I highly recommend them!

Nick got us on his schedule quickly, worked around our busy life, and kept us updated on exactly when to expect him. He was professional, knowledgeable, took the time to explain how the product worked, and assured our pets and babies were safe around them. He mentioned areas that he had assessed needed to be treated more heavily, like specific bushes in our back yard, and asked if there were any specific problem areas I had noticed in the house.
