Best Bark Scorpion Control in Phoenix AZ

Blue sky has always taken very good care of us but lately they seemed to struggle with getting rid of are ant problem. I have always been happy with blue sky but the last 3 treatments have not help at all in fact worse to day than 9 months ago.They just came to my house yesterday and I complained about the previous treatments have zero effect on them. If they are unable to solve my problem with this treatment I will try some other company.

Technician was very prompt and friendly. He removed a scorpion from near my son's room that I didn't know was there. I haven't seen a bug since.

I called today to get a quote for pest control, not only were they able to come out and spray today they were having a special so I got 50% off my first spray. Eric the technician who came out was incredibly awesome, he explained everything and great detail listened to all my concerns and then address each one individually. I also have small dogs and was concerned about spraying with them around, not only did they use my mind because all of their chemicals are super safe, but he was conscious of where he sprayed based on that fact. Eric even went in my hot attic since it reached 100 today to spray to make sure that we got a comprehensive spray for the first time.I was so impressed I signed up for a yearly service and will have them come out once a month to keep my home bug free. I cannot recommend Eric or Insectek enough. you are looking for a reputable company with awesome employees to take care of your home and keep it free of pests definitely call Insectek.

I am so glad I found this organic Pest company which I have used around 9 years. Justin always gets back to me when I have questions. I like the fact he always text me the day before and He is so friendly and professional.

My main gripe is that the gentleman showed up without a mask. I refused him entry. He was then supplued a mask by my manager and returned. This guy has been taking care of this building for a while now and knows we are either old or ill. He was unprofessional, inconsiderate, and rude, period.

I’ve used the company for years. They have sprayed other properties for termite and had returned several times which is normal on termites. New apartment complex I purchased they came out and did drill all around and cement areas and Treated correctly. I would give them a try because they’re affordable.

I had a great experience with russel pest control. The guy who came out, Jory, was super friendly and prompt. He was great at keeping communicating when he would be out so I had enough time to make sure my dogs were situated snd they were mindful of the storms, they let me know if it rained to hard they would be happy to come out and spray the outside again. I would recommend them and use them again for sure.

We have used this company since we moved in to our new house, almost three years ago. TJ has been our guy the entire time and does a great job. It’s nice when it’s not a different guy every week. Solid service.

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

Albert Ebanks arrived on time & did a great job. He went above & beyond by immediately sending us pictures and calling us to discuss the source of our ant infestation & the particular work he did to control them.
Tyler Norris worked long and hard, doing an excellent job, for our 1st termite control service. He was timely and professional. He had to drill, dig, apply the product and clean up to boot - he deserves high praise!
