Our family has been using Bill's for the last 17 years. They are dependable and have not raised our rate since day one. I like that they are completely honest and never try to sell us a service we don't need. Ashley found a termite tube on our shed and instead of charging us a thousand dollars to treat our home she serviced that area (no extra charge) and said to keep an eye on it. That was 4 years ago. We've been with Preventive Pest Control for over 5 years. Their product works great. They are always responsive to our calls. I appreciate the monthly reminder call. And the guys that come out are pretty good about communicating about the service provided during their scheduled service call. If I forget to unlock the gate, I've never had a problem rescheduling someone to come back within a couple of days. We've even had an intense issue with ants a couple of years, and the servicer made it a point to Spray a bit extra and/or add an additional component. The customer service staff over the phone are knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I definitely recommend Preventive Pest Control.
