Best Termite Pest Control in Phoenix AZ

Pest Control: On time, respectful, polite and best of all they keep my house scorpion and spider free!
Termite: Super professional, they did a great job, no mess, came in at estimate. What more could I want? Termite insurance so those little jerks can't come back? They got me covered there, too! :-)

We called a few Exterminators for quotes. I did some research on the type of chemical they would be using to treat our house for Termites.We decided to go with Invader Pest control and couldn't be happier. It was reasonably priced. Will was our technician and took his time and paid close attention to every detail and concern I had. The whole process was not stressful and I feel confident our house will be protected from Termites. John who came out to measure and do the quote was also very friendly and professional. We had a contract with Terminex before and it was like a 360 degree turn in the right direction from the joke and expensive service Terminex offers. Terminex wouldnt even drill down into my concrete slab around my house. Will from Invader was very careful drilling and patched and cleaned any drilling or trenches that he made to apply our treatment. Hands down Invader did a great job at a reasonable price. Update Will came out again today. He always does a great Job. The honored the warranty and I will continue to use Invader pest control in the future.

Shaun was polite and very easy to talk too! First time user of his company and I will be using them regularly!

We have a cabin up in Prescott, and Azex comes out quarterly. They are awesome. Jared our service guy is fantastic. He is patient, helpful, educational, and goes above and beyond to help out. Definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

The new pest control service I hired was fantastic. The team was thorough and knowledgeable, and they made sure to identify and address all pest-related issues in and around my home. They also provided excellent customer service and were very responsive to my questions and concerns.

I was very impressed with how well this company did its job of inspecting for termites. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a good company to get rid of termites.

Several observations here:

Budget Bro’s are good if you don’t have termites, because then you don’t have to deal with them! No one ever plans on getting termites, but it’s comforting to know that if termites do become your roommates, that you have someone in your corner to give them an eviction notice with enough power to enforce it! We used this company for a year without issue; then the termites moved in.

The office staff is very rude! They all must be given a “how to be rude to the customer 101” course! Just take a look at the owner in all of the 1-star reviews…he HAS to get the last word in. I encourage you to read the reviews; all owner responses are excuses and insults (he actually wished bodily harm on a customer; that the ceiling “falls on your fingers and prevents you from writing 1-star reviews.” She summed it up perfectly too: “Are we supposed to wait until the ceiling comes down on us to get service?”)… I would’ve expected to see apologies for losing their business. I understand it’s your livelihood, but maybe just listen to your customer… maybe they are trying to tell you something!! I’m not trying to tell you how to run your business… but if you’re losing business and the common complaint is that your customer service is terrible (or lack of customer service altogether), wouldn’t it benefit you to identify the source of it and cut it out like cancer?

You don’t have to “educate” your customer! Maybe you did in fact take Termite Behavioral Science in college for 4 years and defended a doctoral thesis on the subject. Maybe you are the termite whisperer. But that’s why we pay you to take care of the problem. I don’t want to be berated over the phone of why I don’t understand the mind of a termite. What I want is for you to take care of the problem. Be in my corner, on my team… not my opponent! Show me… don’t tell me!

I now understand why their treatments are lackadaisical in nature. Their warranty only provides for the treatment of termite infestation. It is not in their best interest to use the best materials, costly chemicals, employee man-hours and a timely response. They aren’t invested in your home. The warranty only binds them for the treatment of termites. Their business model is to save as much money while appearing to solve the problem. So while the termites have a 24/7 buffet on your house, free of rent, they expect you to be ignorant and trust that everything will be fine for a month until their one backlogged technician can find a spare 5-minutes to treat your termite infestation! Other companies provide a warranty that include the replacement and repair of any structural damage that termites cause! It IS in their best interest to completely exterminate, in a timely manner, with a full-court press, the termite infestation… because they ARE invested in your home!

Very happy with how Chris Morris approached our problem with kangaroo rats invading our front yard. It was very evident he loved his work, he was very professional and knowledgeable!
I learned a lot about rodents in the desert!

Have always had a really good experience with Bulwark Exterminating. The technicians are always nice and professional and on time. My technician Calvin Babcock is extremely professional and always addresses my needs for bug/ant/insect extermination around my home. Really love this company for all they do and the price is very reasonable!

There was a minor reoccurring insect issue at my home, and Bug Guardian was a more affordable quote than other companies in town. There was ZERO upsell which is good, because most of the time you think you're being sold things you do not need.

When you see companies have 5 stars, you tend to think it's fake, but these guys did a great job for me at a great price and are the real deal. I haven't had any issues since they came. So hope it helps others when deciding which pest control company to go with. Thanks.

I had Kyle Wilbert come out to get rid of some critters, and I can't recommend him enough. He's very thorough and knowledgeable about pest control and funny to boot! Some guy's only come out to do a job with no real expertise, but not Kyle. He will explain to you what you're facing and how he will deal with it, AND what to expect in the days to come. Sorry I'm raving but you just don't get this kind of great service anymore! Call Bio-Chem if you got bugs, and ask for Kyle. He's the best in the business.

Once again Dustin Frank and Amanda came thru for me and built me a custom rig exactly for my need. They dedicated an entire day with me there letting me know exactly what they were doing as they created a master piece spray rig for me that will allow me to provide the very best applications for my customers. I'm very pleased with what they did for me there. Andrew the General Manager made it a point to come out greet me and thanked me for my business. Quality Equipment & Spray has earned my loyalty as a repeat customer I'm glad to drive 2.5 hours from Tucson to have my equipment installed by the very best.
