I have used AZEX for over 3 years. Since they have been spraying, we have not had any problems with any bugs. This includes the recurring ant problem we used to have in the spring. In addition, their personnel are always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable - especially Dallas, who is our current tech. AZEX is the only pest control company I will ever use.

Excel is a phenomenal company! I have used them for a few years now. Their product actually works as we have had less and less bugs show up even during the high seasons. I would recommend this company to everyone I know!

When we first started having Trent come out, we had ants in multiple areas throughout the house and the backyard. Since then, we haven't had any ant issues!!! I am very pleased with the service that Bulwark provides, they've been taking care of us for years!. Very thorough job!! William was very pleasant and made sure he addressed my bug issues. He replaced my traps in the garage and made sure to spray around doors and windows along with putting out granules in the yard. William did a great job!

We have had a few Pest Control companies over the past several years. Once we met Gary at Bug Guardian we refuse to use anybody else. He is very consistent, knowledgeable, friendly, great with communication and trustworthy. In the 6-7 years we have been loyal to Gary, we have had him come back once, maybe twice ever, due to spotting a scorpion. I love that Bug Guardian always has the same tech service my home, so I don't have to worry about a new face every time. I have a child that used to follow him around and ask questions. Not only is Gary great with this company and customer service, he is excellent at entertaining my child too. He was never irritated by our children or chatty days. I highly recommend Bug Guardian. Hands down best customer service there is.

Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying. Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be. Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do. No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank. I highly recommend making an appointment with this team to see how they can help with your pests.

My wife and I have been clients of Alliance Pest Management since we moved to Troon North almost 4 years ago. They have always provided excellent service. For the first year or maybe 18 months or so, administratively there were some problems - including scheduling, timeliness of the scheduled appointment - but the extermination service was very effective. And we had a dove nesting problem which needed screens attached to exterior balcony rafters and Alliance did an excellent job. In fact, I've recommended to neighbors Alliance for this very service and they were highly satisfied. Currently, Lisa, who schedules us on a monthly basis, and Richard, who comes to our house each month, are exceptionally responsible and professional. I honestly recommend them.

Budget Brothers has no intention of doing a good job-they just took my money and gave me nothing but rude excuses and insults for it.

The customer service via phone with pest service representative - specifically speaking with Marcus - was superb. He answered my questions right away, helped my scheduling issues, and was very friendly and kind. Kudos!

I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.
