I usually dont do reviews but for this company i felt i had to give props where props is due.
I had a ant issue and found Arizonas Exterminator. Aldo reached out promptly and was 15 min early to our scheduled appointment. He was very knowledgeable and looked throughout my entire property for any other issues we may have. He was very honest and offered a fair treatment for the ants. Also he sprayed my weeds for a fair additional fee. One stop shop! I appreciate his professionalism and expertise and will definitely be using him again! I have a new pest guy!

I contacted critter control because there was a cat in my back yard in the girl and attacked my puppy. First, they left the traps with a can of cat food just there. The cat obviously moved them out of the way and left. The next day the guy came over and realized the cat was no longer here so he sealed and clean everything up.

I got the bill and in the bill I am still being charged for the trap of the cat, you guys didn’t catch the cat... it left on it own!

The guy who came to my house was super nice and talked me into canceling my existing pest company and hiring Critter Control for pest.

Once the guy left the service was terrible afterwards, there is no way to get a hold of anyone. They never answer the phone.

The fee for pest is $100, a waist of money because I can’t get anyone to come out here and do the work. Needless to say I’m going back to Preventative, they always did an amazing job and have great customer service unlike this company.

I’m stuck with a bill for over $3000 for a cat that they never caught.

A manager was suppose to call me and till this day I haven’t received a call.

Don’t use this company, the representatives are great at talking you into buying their service and once they have your business they could care less about actually performing the job.

The lady said that a manager would need to call me back because she can only see two days in advance scheduling and anything after that a manager has to get involved- such a dumb system!

DONT USE THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM, ITS OVERPRICED AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU!

I have been with this company 5 years and in that time I have never seen even one bug best company I have ever worked with wish I could take them with me. This is definitely a 5 srar company.

I have used other company’s in the past but when it comes to quality and peace of mind go no further!!! Green Arrow Pest has it all and the guy that came out took his time and made sure everything was in order and also made sure to check everywhere even the places I never even thought to look!!! If you want over priced and not good quality go somewhere else but if you want 100% customer service and top quality for your budget this is the place!!! I promise you won’t regret it my family and I are definitely going to use you again and thank you for coming out same day when we called and did charge for the extra rush.

We hired budget brothers to treat our home a few years ago and recently we found rodents in our attic and called them. They sent out a inspector and he found all the entry points. We just had a home seal and rodent service the guys were great.

The Beekeeper Bee Removal is the best! James came out right away and found a bee hive in our backyard drip system compartment. He was able to save hundreds of the bees, taking them outside city limits and releasing them. We were out of town, so he took pictures for us and sent them, without us even asking. He called a few times during the process to check in and let us know how he was handling the problem. I highly recommend The Beekeeper!

No one loves too get bed bugs but we have encountered them twice. This place is family owned and operated so they can afford too give magnificent prices u won’t find cheap i high recommend this company I would give 10 stars if I could very friendly company

We have had a few Pest Control companies over the past several years. Once we met Gary at Bug Guardian we refuse to use anybody else. He is very consistent, knowledgeable, friendly, great with communication and trustworthy. In the 6-7 years we have been loyal to Gary, we have had him come back once, maybe twice ever, due to spotting a scorpion. I love that Bug Guardian always has the same tech service my home, so I don't have to worry about a new face every time. I have a child that used to follow him around and ask questions. Not only is Gary great with this company and customer service, he is excellent at entertaining my child too. He was never irritated by our children or chatty days. I highly recommend Bug Guardian. Hands down best customer service there is.

I had Kyle Wilbert come out to get rid of some critters, and I can't recommend him enough. He's very thorough and knowledgeable about pest control and funny to boot! Some guy's only come out to do a job with no real expertise, but not Kyle. He will explain to you what you're facing and how he will deal with it, AND what to expect in the days to come. Sorry I'm raving but you just don't get this kind of great service anymore! Call Bio-Chem if you got bugs, and ask for Kyle. He's the best in the business.

My wife and I have been clients of Alliance Pest Management since we moved to Troon North almost 4 years ago. They have always provided excellent service. For the first year or maybe 18 months or so, administratively there were some problems - including scheduling, timeliness of the scheduled appointment - but the extermination service was very effective. And we had a dove nesting problem which needed screens attached to exterior balcony rafters and Alliance did an excellent job. In fact, I've recommended to neighbors Alliance for this very service and they were highly satisfied. Currently, Lisa, who schedules us on a monthly basis, and Richard, who comes to our house each month, are exceptionally responsible and professional. I honestly recommend them.

Buzz Tech is a fresh and ambitious pest control company that is competitively priced eager to please! Kendall and Michael are both great to work with. We were experiencing a pigeon problem with our central Phoenix commercial building; they were out quickly to assess and began remediation immediately. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you're having pest problems.

The customer service via phone with pest service representative - specifically speaking with Marcus - was superb. He answered my questions right away, helped my scheduling issues, and was very friendly and kind. Kudos!

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.

About 5 times the price of any other pest control company. I didn't choose them. My old pest guy sold his company to them. Very shady, claimed they had multiple guys at my location for 4 hours and they cleaned the floor drains, look at the camera and that is not what happend.
